Our wedding on Halona Kai lawn was absolutely perfect and even better than we had imagined! I worked mostly with Kiana Jepson from the Hyatt events team and Yesenia also helped as well. Both of them really brought our vision to life and it was stunning. They were so sweet and really focused on making the day run as smoothly as possible and it turned out beautifully. We chose all our vendors from their preferred vendor list except for our photographer / videographer. It was so easy to let the Hyatt events team know and they took care of the bookings and details. All of vendors we chose were fantastic! The service staff during the reception were so attentive and ensured everyone had everything they needed. Especially for us! We missed cocktail hour to take pictures but they made sure we got some appetizers and a coconut drink before running out. Many of our guests told us later how blown away they were by the food and service. All of the food was so delicious! Overall, we got our dream wedding and we are so happy we chose the Hyatt! We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

We spent spent 7 days at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua and it was amazing! Stayed in a one bedroom suite with club lounge package. It was worth every penny! Staff catered to every need/want. Can’t say enough good things!

I recently had the immense pleasure of celebrating my wedding at the Maui Pineapple Chapel, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our special day. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking beauty of the location. Nestled amidst lush tropical landscapes and offering stunning views of the ocean, the chapel provided a picturesque and intimate setting that felt like a dream come true. The vibrant colors of the surroundings, combined with the serene ambiance, created an atmosphere of romance and tranquility that was simply magical. The chapel itself is a gem, blending classic charm with modern elegance. Although the interior is a bit bare, there is the opportunity to deck it out with bright florals, which really enlivens the space. It’s amazing, also, because you’re able to select your vendors of choice for this venue and don’t have to get boxed into a selection of required vendors. Our wedding at the Maui Pineapple Chapel was everything we had hoped for and more. It was a perfect blend of natural beauty, elegance, and heartfelt moments. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers a unique and unforgettable experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Maui Pineapple Chapel.

Kristin at KBH made the destination wedding planning process so easy! I couldn't have planned a more perfect wedding had I been there myself. She was wonderful to work with from afar and such a pleasure to meet in person. The experience she created for our wedding day was unforgettable, from every detail of the ceremony to the reception afterward. Every staff person we worked with the day of was kind and attentive, and the minister was exceptional. We had our wedding on the Lani Pool Terrace and it was absolutely stunning! The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. We worked with Verna prior to arriving on the island and she did a great job making sure that all of our needs were anticipated and taken care of. The setting was gorgeous and everyone really loved the food. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married on Maui!

We had a great experience working with Kelly during the planning process. We unfortunately had to cancel, both Kelly and Kathy were very understanding and helped us with that process as well. Our plan was to do a cocktail style reception and they were able to accommodate this idea when other restaurants in the area only provided the sit down dinner option. Thank you for all your hard work! We hope to see you all as soon as it’s possible.

There aren’t enough good things to say about Regina’s abilities as a hair stylist and make-up artist. When my husband and I got married, we held our wedding at Kapalua Bay and stayed for the duration of our honeymoon at the Ritz-Carlton. The day before our wedding, Regina called me at the hotel to understand what I wanted for my wedding. She was incredibly thorough – asking about my style preferences, informing me on how to prepare my hair and skin and asking if there were any Hawaiian flowers that I wanted to incorporate into my style. The 10 minute call really put my mind at ease and demonstrated how much she cared. On the day of our wedding, Regina travelled to our hotel and set up a “styling station” in our room which allowed me to relax in comfort and really take in the moment. I showed Regina a picture of how I wanted my hair and make-up to look and she completely exceeded my expectations. Even on a good day, my hair is difficult to style, but Regina made me look better than I ever could have expected. When my soon-to-be husband saw me for the first time, he was completely blown away – a true testament of Regina’s work. Beyond her abilities, she was also very nice and incredibly conversational – two great qualities when you are preparing to walk down the aisle. I recommend Regina to anyone in Maui who needs to be styled for their wedding – you will not regret it!

The bliss wedding team was absolutely amazing! I was so hesitant planning my wedding from CA, and not knowing exactly what everything was going to look like... but it was exactly what I dreamt of! Chelsea was on top of everything the wedding day, and didn't miss a thing! I would highly recommend them to all couples, I know how important your wedding day can be. Thank you Bliss for pulling off my dream wedding!!!

In June, we celebrated our marriage on the grounds of the Old Lahaina Luau - a beautiful spot and private. We enjoyed the Luau afterwards. The whole experience was wonderful and the staff and manager were superb. Thank you for making our wedding memorable! Rob and Anita
