Tasting times are subject to availability, but are typically done Tues-Fri between 3pm-5pm, Sunday between 1pm-3pm.
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Wedding cakes are priced per slice. Sugar flowers and other ornate details are typically priced separately and based on complexity of design.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
The top tier is included in the price. Because our cakes are best enjoyed when fresh, we offer you the choice of saving the top tier of your cake OR ordering a fresh complimentary "top tier" for you and your new spouse to enjoy on your first anniversary.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
All of our cakes are entirely custom - design, flavors, fillings, etc. I like to work with couples to provide them with a truly unique and special experience.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
All cakes are made from scratch using only the freshest, all natural ingredients.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Our cakes are always fresh and NEVER frozen. Your cake is baked as close to your wedding as possible to keep it fresh, moist and delicious for you and your guests.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
This can vary depending on the time of year. We keep our cake bookings limited in order to provide each couple with the best experience possible.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
I highly recommend using all edible materials on cakes. Flowers are grown with harmful pesticides. Sugar flowers are edible, always in season and never wilt!
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
A standard cake board is included in the price of your cake. I'm happy to find for you any other accessories that you may need for your cake. Those would be charged accordingly.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Delivery is free for cakes within an hour of North Hampton, NH. Beyond that a delivery charge may apply. The charge is based location. Set up fees may apply for elaborately designed cakes.
