I can't imagine anyone else creating the cake that Blayre did for our Wedding! Our theme was gothic dramatic romance and she absolutely nailed it, but what is even more impressive than her decorating (which brought me to tears when I saw it) is her palate. We had two very different cake flavors, along with other treats, and they were some of the most delicious desserts we've ever had. If you want people to remember your cake and continue to talk about it after (seriously we're about two months past our wedding and we still get texts) I highly recommend working with Blayre!

Blayre went above and beyond to make sure we had the exact kind of cake we wanted for our daughter’s wedding day. It was absolutely gorgeous and everyone agreed it was just DELICIOUS! I could not have had a better wedding cake artist than Blayre from Flouretta Sweet. From start to finish, Blayre was a dream to work with. Blayre is truly an artist and also the confectionary queen! I've had the pleasure of working with Blayre for years (I am also a wedding vendor by profession), and knew without a DOUBT that the second I get married I would be booking her for dessert and cake. In all of my years shooting weddings, I've never seen cakes prettier, tastier, or dessert tables emptier (because everything is so good people cannot keep their hands off her dessert displays). Our consultation was a fun and neat experience to do with my mom and my husband's best man, and it was so cool to see Blayre sketch our cake right before our eyes. On wedding day, everyone was RAVING about Blayre's dessert display, and absolutely nobody listened to the sign that said "please wait to eat until the cake is cut." The cake was as delicious as it was intricate, and every single piece of that cake was eaten. I also added a la carte macarons for every guest to have when they sat down at their seat. I dropped off the jars I wanted to use and Blayre assembled them for me and set them out at the wedding. The cake had so many details that the exact shape of the appliques on my dress was also on the cake. It is no coincidence I hired Blayre after tasting HUNDREDS OF CAKES during my career as a wedding photographer. We love you so so much Blayre!!!!!

We had our wedding cake and desserts done by Blayre and she honestly knocked our socks off. The desserts were not just delicious, they were absolutely STUNNING! We gave her some general directions for the cake and she just ran with it and made the most beautiful cake I have ever seen.
