       We are a premier scratch bakery located in Timonium, Maryland. We pride ourselves on our classic recipes, finest ingredients, and impeccable cake designs. All of our cakes are baked fresh and never frozen. We offer over 15 varieties of cake flavors and mousse fillings combinations, with each of our tiers constructed of 4 layers of cakes and 3 layers of fillings. We also offer a variety of icings, fondant and poured chocolate ganache to specialize your cake even farther.
      Our talented decorators can design and customize the cake to your wedding theme, flowers or even dress. We encourage the bride to bring in magazine clippings, color swatches,  favorite photos, or browse thru our large library of previous works of art. Our cakes can be tailored to a broad spectrum of themes, from classic and romantic to  modern and sophisticated. 
    We also specialize in gourmet restauraunt desserts and offer a high end line of cakes, individual mousses, and miniature pastries. We also do retail as well as wholesale and I think you will find our pricing can fit into almost any budget which is also sweet. We do more than just wedding cakes, we also do birthday and specialty cakes, miniature and individual desserts to add an extra special touch to any occasion. Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We provide complimentary private tastings by appointment only.
 
What are your tasting hours?
Our tastings are generally on Mondays and Saturdays from 10am til 3pm. Hours vary depending on season and availability.
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
The wedding cakes are priced per serving and are generally between $4.00 and $4.50 per serving.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes, the top tier is included.
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We customize the design to suit the bride's style, theme and color preferences. We offer a large selection of photos from our previous works and encourage the bride to bring in magazines, pictures, and ideas.
 
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We pride ourselves in our fresh ingredients and from scratch recipes. Our cakes are made to order and never frozen.
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Cakes are always baked fresh a few days before the event and decorations are completed the evening before or morning of the event.
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
Average could be anywhere from 2 to 8. Higher count during the peak wedding seasons.
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes.
 
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We do not offer any accessory rentals, but can recommend several fine rental companies in the area.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes, delivery starts at $60.00. Additional charges can be ocurred for extended distances, sunday deliveries, and if we can not get into somewhere until a certain time that holds up the delivery driver.

Tips and Advice
Orders can never be placed too early ! We encourage our brides to place their orders well in advance. Designs, flavors, and sizes can be changed up to 2 weeks before the wedding date, and the cake must be paid for in full at this time as well.
