Rodney, born in Fredericksburg, VA and raised in Annapolis MD, met Tiffany in 2008 at work, and they soon became friends. He has been a chef at heart from a young age, attended school on the West Coast, and enjoyed cooking in college with friends and family, trying new dishes from different cultures including Mexican, Indian, and Caribbean dishes. He encouraged Tiffany to take her love of baking and the arts to a new level, along with his diverse and creative palate, and they became T&Rs Cakes.
