My husband found Michael through his own research but it was fortuitous that he also worked out of our venue - the Grey Rock Mansion. Happily, we were able to taste his cake during our tasting. As someone who seriously considered getting a simple sheet cake to cut costs, I am glad we went with Michael because his cakes were not only reasonably priced (plus we did not have to deal with a delivery fee), but it was the highlight of our wedding. We had three tiers (four if you include the topper) where each tier was a different flavor. Everyone thought it was very cool to be able to choose from carrot cake, red velvet or Italian creme cake. Many people told me they sampled all three at the ceremony. I had some people remark that it was the best carrot cake they ever had and while I did not get to eat my slice until we arrived at our honeymoon destination, I kicked myself for not saving more of the red velvet for myself. Lastly, in the webinar and phone conversations I had with Michael, he was relaxed and genuinely interested in how I was doing. It was that perfect balance of professionalism and small talk. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Michael did a wonderful job on our wedding cake!! It looked beautiful and it tased amazing!! We had the vanilla cake with the reeses peanut butter filling and butter cream icing. IT WAS A HIT!!! I would recommend him for any big event! The best thing was you were able to to do everything over the internet. Thanks so much!!

Michael is hands down THE BEST and so are his cakes!!! My husband and I went to Artistic Desserts because they came so highly rated. We were not let down! Our wedding was at the Antrim 1844 which is close to Artistic Desserts in Westminster.

I went with my fiance to Michael's house for the tasting - we sat in his dining room and sampled several flavors of cake with tea. Michael took the time to talk to us about different flavors and the best filling choices for each different flavor. My husband - who says he doesn't like desserts - all but licked his plate! I knew instantly we had a winner!

We couldn't decide, instead we went with THREE different flavors! (I regret not having more tiers and more flavors!). Michael also helped us design the cake's exterior with cherry blossoms (and it was sooo beautiful).

The cake was perfect when it arrived and its scent filled the hall! He's amazing, and we can't recommend him enough!
