Cake was delicious! The process of tasting and booking was super easy! They had exactly what we were looking for. I just wish they would have called for confirmation on the week of the wedding, but I just reached out to them to confirm everything was still good.

Herman's Bakery did not disappoint as the choice for our wedding desserts! We were invited to visit the bakery in advance of making our decision in order to sample the various flavors and options that could be offered for our desserts. We selected a tray of assorted cupcakes and a strawberry shortcake sheet cake, which turned out to be the highlight of the night. Many guests opted to take home their cupcakes to indulge in the strawberry shortcake sweetness while it lasted. Everything was beautifully organized and arranged and safely delivered well before the start of the reception. I love Herman's Bakery! They did a fantastic job for our wedding, and I would highly recommend treating yourself for any occasion (or for no occasion)!

After stopping at many bakeries and being dissatisfied with the way I was treated. (You expect to be treated a certain way when your planning on dropping 7-800 on a cake.
We walked into Herman’s and right away we were seated and looking at books. I wanted burgundy Cala Lillie’s which 3 other bakeries told me it was impossible.
They help me customize my cake to the way I wanted. Picked a tool work off of one cake, the layout off of another cake.
Oh and let me tell you about the buttered pound cake.....we had no cake left to take home but the top tier. Everyone loved the cake.
So about price. It was $359.99 for a 3 tiered cake that fed 125 people and 36 cupcakes.

Absolutely loved my cupcakes and top layer cake. The owner of Herman’s bakery has a daughter that I went to elementary school with and we have grown up together. They really went above and beyond on every detail and color scheme that we had for the wedding. Everything was so delicious. I can’t wait to use them again.

Herman’s Bakery baked the most delicious cake for our wedding! They worked with us to create the perfect design, and a different flavor for each tier of the cake. Our guest couldn’t get enough, there was no cake left at the end of the night! I highly recommend Herman’s Bakery- they’re a classic Baltimore bakery who does beautiful work for an affordable price.

My wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! Hermans did such a great job. I have them a picture and they did exactly what I wanted. Although I didn't get to eat a real piece the day of my wedding, what got shoved into my face by my husband tasted really good! They were also very reasonably priced compared to other places I looked at. I highly reccomend them!

Adrienne was very helpful. She took what we envisioned and made suggestions of how to make it happen. She helped us choose the appropriate sizes and layers. The cake turned out beautiful and everyone loved how it looked and tasted.

If you are looking for a simple but beautiful cake at an unbeatable value, Herman's is the place to go! They were flexible in setting up a tasting based on our individual preferences, adapted a standard design onto a round cake rather than square (which saved me money), had no problem at all with my changing the delivery time, delivered the cake on time in spite of some of the worst road closures and traffic Baltimore sees (because I was married on the Saturday of Running Festival weekend), and the delivery driver even refused the tip we offered! Pro tip: try the lemon curd filling! Guests are still talking about it -- and I'm still enjoying the leftovers -- a week later.

Using Herman's for our wedding cake vendor made everything super simple. They have affordable and beautiful cakes. The whole process was seamless, from the tasting to the delivery. I was recommended to them by a friend and I am very glad, I was. Everyone said the cake was absolutely delicious!
