Hi! Thanks for visiting my site.
My name is Brooke Anderson, and I am a local make-up artist with years of experience in cosmetic application and skin-care.  I provide all of my own high quality (and hygenic) products and tools.  I am also willing to travel if necessary.
I have a wide variety of experience, including many weddings, photo shoots, 1 calendar, parties, and stage make-up (including pageants and costumes). I am also experienced in black and white photography. 
I am available for any special event, and offer several money saving packages.

Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, I am willing to travel. There is no additional fee, only reimbursement for gas/travel if it is a long distance.
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
I can serve as many customers as possible provdided time allotment. Trials are a great way to cut down on time by choosing colrs and looks beforehand.
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
As soon as possible. How ever, I available last minute as long as I am not already booked.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
I do not have a cancellation fee if a deposit is given.

Tips and Advice
A few of my favorite tips are as followed:

1.  Use as little face make-up (foundation,powder, etc) as possible, especially if photographing in natural sunlight.
2.  Try to coordinate make-up for bridal party members that are not extremely opposite one another, or too dramatic as it may be distracting in photos.
3. Don’t be afraid of color!
4. MOST importantly, try to keep skin in best possible condition.  Make-up can only do so much.  You want to be relaxed and shine on your big day:) Get plenty of rest and pampering so you feel and look your best.
5.  Work with your environment and color scheme.
6.  For evening photos, darker make-up is not a bad thing.  It will not look as inyense in pictures and low light.
7.  Avoid plum colors in black and white photos, they look like bruises!
8.  Don't have a very matte finish for photos, it can make you look washed out and too pale.
