Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need an appointment after hours, please feel free to call. Mondays and Saturdays are by appointment only.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
As a consignment boutique, we carry many different brands which are always changing. We have Monique Lhuillier, Maggie Sottero, Demetrios, Jasmine, Winnie Couture, Val Stefani Couture and many others.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We do not order gowns.
How often do you receive new dresses?
If varies. We usually have one to two dresses come in every week. Sometimes we will receive a shipment of 5 to 10 gowns.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
All of our gowns are for purchase "as is" and we do not offer any refunds or allow returns. You need to thoroughly check the gown and know what you are purchasing.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No, we do not.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We sell bridal shoes, veils, tiaras, flower girl dresses, mother of the bride dresses, wedding invitation, wedding planner books, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows and basically, anything you need for your wedding.
