I cannot say enough about this place. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised that I got my own room all to myself! A big room too, which comfortably fit my mom and I, and three of my bridesmaids. Reagan was my consultant, and the first thing she did was sit with me and patiently look through my inspiration binder to determine exactly what I like. Then she brought me five perfect dresses to try on. I only tried on 4 before I found The One! I felt very comfortable with Reagan, and she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was even able to clip the sleeves of my dress in a way that I could see how it'll look when I have them altered. After I picked my dress, we cracked open the champagne and celebrated like family. I've been to other salons with my best friend for her wedding dress, and this one was the best so far. I genuinely felt like I was the only bride there. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I came back a few months later with all of my bridesmaids and found the perfect dress for them! All of the items we ordered came in as expected and looked beautiful. My wedding day would not have been the same without Divine Design!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal gown shopping experience than the one I had at Divine Designs. The boutique was the second shop I visited as part of my search for a dream dress, and though I went to a couple of more stores afterward, I could not get the dress I ultimately walked down the aisle in, or the wonderful service I received, out of my mind. Divine Designs has a great selection that appeals to a variety of taste. Having first gone to Atlanta, I was impressed to find such a vast and unique collection of gowns in my own backyard. The staff was wonderful and gave me plenty of time to try on dresses, offering suggestions for selections that fit my criteria. They were also very mindful of my budget and did not try to steer me to gowns that were out of my price point. Most importantly, they made me feel like a priority. It was a busy day when I went to try on dresses as it coincided with prom dress shopping season, but I was still treated like a star. Months later, my family and friends - and my husband - are still talking about my dress (and the sash I purchased at Divine Designs to complement it) and how beautiful I looked on my wedding day!

I was so impressed by the selection at Divine Design. I went in not knowing at all what I wanted, and Reagan helped me to pull a variety of dress shapes and styles so we could find what worked best. It was awesome to be able to look through the racks and pull things that caught my eye, as well as depend on the staff for recommendations. My goal was to find the shape/style I wanted, and after trying on 6 dresses or so, I fell in love and left having purchased my wedding gown. The one I picked was one Reagan picked out for me - she nailed it! I loved my dress, and am only sad that I only got to wear it for one night.

The ladies at Divine Design were amazing! From finding my perfect dress to helping me find a seamstress for alterations, they were SO helpful in every detail! I could not have asked for a better place to find my perfect wedding dress! I have been raving about Raegan & all the girls at Divine Design to every bride-to-be I have talked to since! Thank you all so much for everything!

I love Divine Design! I said YES! to the dress back in November and then found the perfect dresses for my maids to compliment my wedding vision. They also have flower girl dresses and tuxedo rentals! I had a one stop shop for everything for my wedding! I love them!

Went to the Trussville location to shop for bridesmaid dresses. One bridesmaid flew in from Michigan to go shopping. We had already gone to David's Bridal this same day. We had an appointment at both places. The first consultant we had was great. She seemed willing to show us options. However, for some reason another lady came into the appointment--not sure if she was the manager. She basically told the younger woman to leave us and she took over. She looked down at us and was rude in a condescending way. We had to ask repeatedly to look at the dress book. We found the dress but we refused to do business with them. Luckily, the dress was part of a collection of a nationally sold designer. The bridesmaid from Michigan was able to find it at a local dress shop, as did another one from Tennessee. I really wish we had been able to keep the original consultant. If we had, we might have actually done business with them. Bottom line: don't look down on customers if you want to stay in business. I guess I didn't look good enough. Sad thing is, I bought both of my daughter's prom dresses and a pageant dress from this company. They are expensive, but I usually like their options. This one experience made me glad I no longer have to worry about getting formal dresses.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! I went with my five bridesmaids to get their dresses for my wedding on March 26. They call me the following Tuesday to tell me the dresses were ordered and would be in by June 30 (90 days). June 30th rolls around no dresses. A week later still no dresses so I go up there to check on them on a Tuesday. Cathy told me that she would contact the owner and get a status on them and she would call me back. After not hearing back from her at all I went back up that Saturday. My file had been thrown under a pile of papers and had to be hunted down by another lady who was not anywhere near as rude as Cathy. She wrote on my file to call for a status update on the dresses first thing Tuesday and call me immediately. Cathy called me Tuesday as told me the dresses had been shipped on July 18th and would be there in 7 days if not sooner. A week later still no dresses. We contact the owner, Michelle, and she tells us that it takes 14-16 weeks to get dresses in. At this point we're 18 weeks in. She tells us she will look into it and if she needs to she will overnight them. She also promised to have seamstresses on hand to get the dresses altered and compensation would be given. The dresses had to be overnighted on July 26th because they had never been shipped. When the girls went to pick up dresses no seamstress was offered and no compensation was given. Now one of my bridesmaids dress is way to big. She let the ladies who measured her know she had just had a baby and that she was planning on losing weight. They took her measurements and ordered her 3 sizes bigger than what she was after having a baby. Now it has to be altered down several dress sizes. They were extremely rude to us not to mention they called me to lie to me about the dresses being shipped. I will never do business with them again. Extremely unhappy.
