Bridal dress shopping at heidi elnora was such an enjoyable experience! This was the only store I went to that didn't feel cluttered or overwhelming. It was so relaxing from the second I walked in! Also, Elizabeth was AWESOME! She was so attentive to my thoughts and ideas while keeping my budget in mind the entire time. She helped me decipher what was in my mind and build the dress I was dreaming about! She also was super helpful on the phone before my appointment when I had scheduling conflicts arise. I will be recommending heidi elnora to everyone I know and meet! :)

I am in love with Heidi and Elizabeth! They made the experience amazing and truly one of a kind. I had looked at other places before visiting them and nothing compares to Heidi and her line and the advice and help that was shown to us. She cares about her clients and her employees and I was blown away. She gave us a tour of her new place in Birmingham and made us feel so special. All of her dresses are amazing and has a great concept of build a bride where you can find the shape of the dress and work from there. I tried on the same two dresses multiple times because I could not pick because they were both perfect in every way. [thank you Elizabeth :)] They were so helpful and I cannot stop raving about them! Living 12 hours away from my Mom I was worried about going wedding dress shopping knowing she couldn't be at every dress store until I found the perfect dress. When I first came across Heidi Elnora Atelier I couldn't have been more impressed. Elisabeth and the wonderful staff helped me pick out the perfect dress for me and provided support and honesty with every dress I tried on. After I picked out my dress, my mom was able to fly down to see my final choice and Elisabeth came in early on a Friday when they had Birmingham Fashion Week just to make it possible for my mom to see the dress and allow me to have that special moment that every mom and daughter should have. I met Heidi years ago when one of my best friends was getting married and I was a bridesmaid! I loved her then and I love her now!! She is SO genuine and will do everything in her power to make you feel like the prettiest bride ever! She is so patient and caring and definitely knows how to have fun!! She also has an incredible staff who is just as genuine and each one of them is so talented! After falling in love with photos of Heidi's dresses, my mom, my MOH and I flew from Texas to check out her shop and hopefully walk out with the dress of my dreams. I was super excited to even be there shopping, but had no idea how AMAZING Heidi, Elizabeth and Joy we're going to be - not to mention the gowns. These ladies make you feel like every bride-to-be should feel while trying on dresses. I can't even explain how comfortable and welcome we were. This was my first, and only, bridal appointment but I don't think any other bridal shop could even come close to offering the same high-quality (comfortable!) gowns or the experience we had here. I really want to thank Heidi and her girls for making a once-in-a-lifetime trip truly unforgettable because of the kindness and generosity we were shown here today. Well worth the trip!!

After trying on dresses all day and not having much luck, my last appointment of the day was with Heidi. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the personal experience. I came with a picture in hand, but ended up with a completely different gown that I love and is so "me". Heidi and her awesome design assistant, Elizabeth, were wonderful to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. Not only is my dress beautiful, but the whole dress process was enjoyable and exciting. I got so many compliments on my gown and would recommend Heidi to anyone!
