You should trust this person and be able to tell them anything you need to. That’s why I make it a priority to establish a relationship with every one of my clients.”

“Even if a couple only decides to hire me for the day of the wedding I make it a point to be involved as much as possible from the time they sign up until the big day,” she says. “Communication is extremely important in making sure everything goes the way it’s supposed to. I send out monthly e-mails to check how they’re doing and encourage brides to contact me with any questions or concerns they have as many times as they feel necessary. This is my passion and I love helping people out. And to see their happy faces after the day is through is completely worth it. That’s why I do this.”

Gallardo isn’t the only one who has an unconditional passion for weddings on her team.

“When I was looking for assistants I was very specific,” she says. “I wanted others who were like me—eager and organized to give our clients the best. I wanted my team to be leaders and very hands-on.
