Every detail was incredibly thought-out and made the planning process so much easier for us. Jessica did an absolutely incredible job as our month-of-coordinator for our micro-wedding! Though it was a small wedding, we had a lot of logistics to coordinate as the wedding was on a big property on the Sonoma Coast. Jessica was so professional and thoughtful from our first meeting to our wedding day. She worked with us to develop a wedding timeline, communicated logistic details with our vendors, and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of. We wanted to do our first look on a private trail on the property which was a bit of a hike so Jessica and her team chauffeured us to and from the trailhead to make sure we could get there and back on time – talk about going above and beyond! It was 100% because of Jessica that our wedding went so smoothly and we were able to enjoy the day instead of worrying about details. We would absolutely hire Castle Ever After again. Jessica is an amazing wedding coordinator. She made sure our destination wedding in Italy ran smoothly. She handled all the details so our special day was stress-free. We worked with Tania and Jessica, of Castle Ever After for my daughter’s wedding in August. From our first phone call, I knew Tania and Jessica were the best fit. They had great energy and were very professional. The weeks leading up to the wedding, they helped alleviate so much stress, helping to finalize the details and handling all of the paperwork needed. On the day of, Castle Ever After made sure everyone was on track which helped us be at ease and truly enjoy the day. Outside of working with our vendors, they always made it a point to check on my daughter (the bride) to ensure she was OK, even going as far as making sure she ate through the morning. The night went seamlessly! I would work with Castle Ever After again for my other daughters weddings in a heartbeat!

tania was the perfect handler of the crazy day that my wedding was. she showed up for my rehearsal dinner the night before & kept everyone in line in the nicest way possible. it was great to step back as the bride and have her take over. for the wedding day, she kept me fed & hydrated while getting ready & made everything just go by a lot smoother. i couldn’t have enjoyed the day without her help🤍
