Ms Pam was the absolute best to work with. She was super flexible and super affordable! She came to my house, sat down with my husband and I, and went over everything we would need with us. She has huge portfolios full of her beautiful work with more options and ideas than you could ever want. And the fact that she does both cakes and flowers was even better! We killed 2 birds with one stone! She bought big cake samples for us to try and it was the most moist cake I have every had. My guests couldn't stop talking about it. Our flower arrangements were phenomenal! Our guests were fighting over them at the end of the night! Ms Pam was super understanding and helpful the entire time we worked with her. She went to our venue and gave us different ideas. She created sketches of how the cake and floral arrangements would. She had a detailed break down of everything that we were ordering, our payments, and remaining balance. She showed up the morning of the wedding and personally set up all of the floral arrangements and the cake herself. She is a truly sweet and genuine person. She was a complete joy to work with and was hands down my favorite wedding vendor. My husband and I had a 4 tier wedding cake, 20 floral arrangements (10 high, 10 low), 2 large hanging pieces outside, pew bows, 6 bouquets, 10 boutonnieres, 6 corsages, and she let us use all of her vases. We paid about $1300 for everything! She was worth every penny!

Pam is AMAZING!! She is truly passionate about what she does, it shows in all her beautiful cakes and flowers. Pam was so creative during our initial meeting (before I had even booked) she helped to guide me to figure out my vision! She is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of flowers - she can help make your vision come true - no matter the season. Her cakes are DELICIOUS! Everyone at my wedding kept coming up and tell me how amazing the cake was! She created a four layer masterpiece for the wedding cake (along with gluten free cupcakes) and a sports themed groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner. She is a pleasure to work with - very timely, professional, talented, creative, and FUN! I trusted Pam with the groom's cake, wedding cake, all flowers and creating draping lighted tulle and lanterns for outside the reception! Pam exceeded all my expectations! The best part - did I mention she is very affordable and willing to work with any budget! I have already recommended her to many and will continue to do so! :) I can't thank you enough for making my dream wedding and reality!

Pam was such a pleasure to work with throughout the wedding process. Pam did both our flowers and our wedding cake and both were to die for. She went out of her way to deliver our flowers to multiple locations in the Richmond area. She gave us a fantastic deal for both of the flowers and the cake, no one could believe how affordable she was. I would recommend Over the Top wedding designs to anyone, their work is fantastic!
