Day/Month Of Coordination

For the Bride who is planning her own wedding but wants to ensure that all the details are attended to.

By entrusting My Simple Details with the day of coordination you can relax and enjoy your wedding to the fullest. This package begins with a private consultation one month prior to the wedding date to collects contracts and develop a detailed time-line of events. My Simple Details will thoroughly review and organize contracts, discuss possible issues or concerns, confirm all vendors prior to event, and provide time-lines for the wedding party and vendors.

My Simple Details wedding coordination team will be onsite for both the rehearsal and wedding day to confirm vendors, assist with layout and décor as specified by the couple, and coordinate the events throughout the day. My Simple Details will also be available via e-mail and phone to answer questions, address concerns, and provide advice during the month leading up to the wedding date.

For the Bride who began planning her wedding but is now needs the guidance and advice of a experienced planner to bring all the details together.

This package begins with an initial private consultation where My Simple Details will become familiar with your current vendors and your vision for your special day. My Simple Details will review and organize your current contracts and recommend additional vendors to help create a personalized and unforgettable event. This package includes all of the services of the Day of Coordination in addition to our assistance with the remainder of your planning needs.

This package enables the Bride to relax while My Simple Details takes care of the rest of the planning and brings the couples vision to life. Every wedding and couple are special and thus every partial planning package will be tailored to the couples needs.

For the Bride that has the time to plan and coordinate her wedding but needs assistance creating a cohesive design. My Simple Details will design the aesthetics of the wedding and present the couple with detailed descriptions of the design elements necessary to create the desired look and feel for their wedding.

For the Bride that wants an exceptional wedding but has limited time to plan or coordinate all the details. 

My Simple Details will assist the couple every step of the way as we bring their vision to life.
My Simple Details will start with reviewing the budget and designing the aesthetics of the wedding. We will suggest venues, contact appropriate vendors, negotiate contracts, schedule and attend all walk-troughs and vendor meetings, and coordinate all of the details of the wedding. My Simple Details will also assist with the coordinating of out-of-town guests including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries. This package includes all the services of Day of Coordination.
