Jacqueline’s Patisserie has been in business for 10 years. We use the finest ingredients in all of our baked goods. We specialize in custom wedding cakes and favors. We base our business on customer service. Our staff are Culinary graduates from the best Culinary schools. We offer a full line of classicial and Contemporary pastry.

Jacqueline Ingoglia, the owner and executive pastry chef, graduated from "Pace University" for business and from "The Culinary Institute of America" for baking. She has worked in some of the finer restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island, including "The Essex House", "The Garden City Hotel" and "The 21 Club". Besides winning many awards in culinary competitions, she has taught baking at New York Institute of Technology Culinary Arts and has now brought her talent to Babylon.
