Every wedding cake and dessert is made from scratch and can be customized to fit any tastes or dietary needs. We are not only committed to using quality organic ingredients but also to conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner. These principles are the foundation of everything we do.
Ghalia organic desserts was founded on the principle that healthy living can be an indulgent experience. We believe in organic eating and organic living. While many people still don't imagine organic food to be a delicious, indulgent, or gourmet experience, it is exactly that. The naturally intense flavors of organic food, unmasked by chemicals and additives, are what make our desserts so luscious. The fact that they are free of toxins and environmentally sustainable makes them better for our bodies as well as our world. We have developed desserts that rival most conventionally made products, and we’ve done it with health and clean living as our foundation.
Each of our wedding cakes and desserts is made with great care and attention to detail. We craft interesting flavor combinations while applying our philosophy of simple and natural to our dessert presentations. When making our desserts, we strive to use 100% organic ingredients. However, when organic ingredients are not availabe, we use only the highest quality all-natural ingredients. We cater to many dietary needs, from those who merely want an organic wedding cake to those following a specific dietary lifestyle. Whether it’s sugar free, egg free and/or dairy free, wheat free, low fat or low cholesterol, we can create a unique cake for your unique needs.

These ingredients are produced with less of an impact on the environment. We package our desserts in biodegradable bags and compostable/recyclable containers. We endeavor to create as little waste as possible when creating our desserts by employing reusable tools such as canvas pastry bags instead of disposable items. We also deliver our products in a hybrid vehicle. We strive to incorporate eco-friendly practices everywhere possible.
