We shoot all of our photographs in color and then do a mixture of Black and White, Sepia and spot coloring as we custom design your wedding album.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We can produce excellent photographs in any lighting conditions.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We are 100% digital, and have been for over 5 years.
How many photographers do you work with?
Minimum of 2, most packages include 3
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We have never been late or missed a wedding.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One per day Max, Two lead photographer so 2 weddings max
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have a complete staff of photographers 6-8
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Camera's, lens' and flash
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we have three comeples sets of equipment per wedding
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both, most book full day up to 10 hours
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We do offer ala carte time at $300 per hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None are scheduled, we take short break during breaks in the event action
Do you charge for travel?
Only if it requires an overnight stay
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
two weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
three way, proof catalog, slide show set to music and online
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are only online for 4 month, the rest is yours to keep
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
yes, but you need to know what copyright is.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
only if you sign the release in the contract
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, they can be purchased or some packages include them
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, it is one of our proofing methods, online purchasing is provided
What kind of albums do you offer?
Digital flush mount in many styles and sizes, traditional is also available
When will the client get the final album?
Depends on when you give the final ok to produce the album
