Mike was an absolute joy to work with. He's creative, fun, easy going, flexible and, oh yeah, extremely talented!! If you want natural, happy, catch-the-people-you-love-in-a-moment-you-love photos - he's your guy. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera (which my husband and I were certainly not - ha!) and honestly made us look great. And if he says "I've got an idea..." - run with it! Those were some of my favorite photos. Mike also did our engagement photos, driving all the way up to DC for us and the pictures were awesome. Highly recommend an engagement session to get to know each other and get comfortable in front of a camera. Also, we were a Covid couple, so when we had to postpone (both our wedding and engagement shoot), he was so accommodating and responsive. We were so lucky to find Mike and can't recommend him enough!

Mike is the best
When we were looking for a wedding photographer, we knew pretty quickly that Eastbrook Photography was going to be our top choice. Having just celebrated our wedding, we could not have been anymore pleased or impressed with Mike. His photography style and his technical expertise are second to none, and some of the shots that he took were absolutely incredible. Mike is also very friendly, and was a pleasure to work with during the planning process. We could tell during our wedding day that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and was prepared for all of the standard wedding photo shots as well as unique ones that required some pre-scouting. He even pivoted a couple shots due to rainy weather to take advantage of the conditions and snap many stunning photos. We got our photos back in two weeks, and they look fantastic. Website is super easy to navigate and to download photos, and it's well organized. Bottom line, if you want wedding photos that you'll love more than you thought was possible, hire Mike.

Incredible photographer
If there was a Pulitzer Prize category for wedding photos Mike would win all of the awards. We wanted a photography style that accurately captured reality; nothing super bright, washed out, or really dark. Mike’s style was perfect to capture all the amazing moments on our wedding. His skill at framing and taking photos is second to none and his editing ability is unmatched. He was a great guy to work with and was so fun to be around. Hire him and you will be glad you did.

Just as perfect the 2nd time
We had previously hired Mike to take our engagement photos & adored how they turned out, so naturally, we booked him to shoot our wedding as well. What I was looking for in a photographer when shopping through vendors was someone with the consistent composition I preferred & Mike always did a stellar job at taking photos that captured the entire moment just right! He also got all the little details we want to remember about our special day & that's so important to us. We are very much looking forward to working together again in the future (:

The most gorgeous vibrant wedding photos!
Hiring Mike with Eastbrook Photography was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Mike- he met with us in person well before our wedding to get to know us and hear our vision. On the actual wedding day, he was communicative, organized, friendly, and made sure that every photo we dreamed of was captured. His assistant Christie was also very kind, welcoming, and talented. Though we are still waiting on the final set, our sneak peak photos are simply the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen and I cannot thank Mike and the team enough. We felt strongly about getting vibrant and true to color photos that would stand the test of time, unlike the washed out trend currently happening, and Mike did not disappoint. Please don’t hesitate to hire them for your special event!

Professional, easy going, beautiful photos
We worked with Mike for our wedding in 2015, and he did a fantastic job documenting our special day. We enjoyed working with him so much that last month, we asked him to photograph another special time for our family - our maternity portraits! He is professional, fun to work with, and captures some great moments.

Perfect Blend of Classic and Creative Shots!
We hired Mike for our engagement and bridal photos. If he didn't have another commitment on our wedding day, we would have loved to have him photograph that as well! Mike is friendly and professional and does a good job of making you feel comfortable during the shoots. He has a great eye for locations and lighting, but what I really love most is that he delivers the right blend of the classics shots with creative ones, too. I absolutely would recommend him for any photography needs!

Amazing! Definitely recommend!
I really just can’t say enough about Mike and Eastbrook Photography! Mike is so friendly and laid back and made us feel really relaxed while we were taking pictures. When we had to change our plans due to COVID, Mike was very accommodating and easy to work with. We love our photos so much and absolutely recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a photographer!

Best experience and photographer!
We honestly hit the jackpot with Mike! I was searching for a “journalistic style” photographer and stumbled upon Eastbrook Photography and knew immediately it was a perfect match! Mike was extremely accommodating and flexible with phone calls and engagement picture scheduling as we were planning from out of state! We were initially nervous for our engagement pictures, as neither of us had been professionally photographed before, but Mike instantly helped us feel comfortable. On our wedding day, Mike helped us feel relaxed while also keeping us on schedule. He worked efficiently without making us feel rushed and we got all the shots we wanted with ease! Mike is ridiculously talented and it shows in every single one of our photographs. We, and our families, will cherish these photos forever and we could not recommend Mike enough!
