Danny is an absolutely stellar wedding photographer. From the moment he arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure every meaningful moment of our ceremony was captured with incredible care and precision. He was everywhere he needed to be without ever being intrusive, always anticipating the next special shot. What stood out most was how focused he was on keeping the attention where it belonged: on us as a couple. He constantly adjusted angles, guided us gently when needed, and stayed fully engaged throughout the entire event. Looking back at our photos, it’s clear he didn’t miss a thing. Danny’s professionalism and eye for a great shot was so rewarding. Throughout the day, he carried himself with quiet confidence, clearly prepared and deeply invested in getting everything right. He paid close attention to lighting, angles, and tiny details that most people would never notice, and it shows in every photo. His ability to capture the moments that really matter—quiet expressions, genuine laughter, and emotional reactions—left us honestly amazed. Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the day from start to finish, with nothing important missing. Danny and his team are fantastic!! We hired Danny to photograph our wedding, which happened to fall on a sweltering day in August 2026. Danny’s attention to detail, his artistry, and patience in getting the most beautiful shots are unmatched. His photos truly told the story of our wedding, and looking back at them we feel as if we’re reliving that beautiful day again. It’s incredible, thanks to Danny and his brother George. My husband and I look great in all the photos of us, but we were also really moved after seeing the photos of our family and friends because he really captured their joy. Danny didn’t just shoot our wedding, he went above and beyond to engage with guests in order to capture them at their best. Because of that, I know when I look at these photos 10 years from now, I’ll appreciate them even more. If you want timeless, gorgeous, and romantic photos for your wedding or engagement, Danny is definitely your guy! Besides his talent, Danny is also super fun to work with and very professional and communicative. We are so happy that Danny and his team were a part of our special day, and we can’t recommend him enough!

I can't recommend Danny and his team enough! Their communication was always timely and demonstrated that they work as one unit. They were always ready to work with our plans and adjust to any difficulties (like rain). They also delivered on first look photos and the full album of photos in less than a two weeks! In short the team was professional, thorough, personal and their communication fast and thoughtful.

Danny&Co are probably the best wedding photographers on the east coast at least, but we used them in Virginia. Meg and George were incredible from start to finish. They got the best shots, and made our day fun and perfect. I highly recommend Danny&Co and am in love with our pictures.

If I could give Danny and his team more than 5 stars, I would. Life got busy after our wedding, and I am very delayed in writing this review—but even months later, we're still looking through our photos and reliving the day all over again. From the very beginning, Danny was easy to work with, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding day was captured exactly as we hoped. On the wedding day, he and his team blended in seamlessly while somehow managing to capture every important moment, big and small. Since the groom and groomsmen were getting ready at a completely separate location, Danny's team was coordinating coverage in two places at once to make sure nothing was missed. They rolled with last-minute changes without batting an eye and made everything feel effortless, even though I know there was a lot happening behind the scenes. Looking through our gallery, there are so many memories we didn't even realize were happening at the time, and we're so grateful to have them preserved forever. The photos are beautiful, but what stands out even more is how well they captured the emotions of the day. Every time we look at them, we're right back in those moments with our family and friends. Every special moment I could have hoped for was captured perfectly. The editing quality was incredible. There may have been a glass of wine spilled on my wedding dress at one point, but you would never know it from the photos! The attention to detail and care that went into the final gallery truly exceeded our expectations. Hiring Danny was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Danny was absolutely amazing. I attended a Richmond Wedding Expo event in February and entered my information in to try and win a free engagement shoot. I was the lucky winner! Danny worked around my schedule and even drove almost 2 hours to the closest beach for us to match the vibe of our wedding for our invitations. Before even getting into the business aspect of it, he immediately asked questions to get to know us. This was such a personal touch and truly set the tone for how the evening was going to go. He guided us into different poses, complimented us the entire time, made us feel confident, and asked us several times if there were any specific photos we wanted to have captured. Received so many photos!! I wasn’t expecting this! For a free shoot, he turned around these edits and provided the full album in literally 3 days. Beyond exceptional. Danny really loves what he does and it shows. He captured everything I could’ve imagined. My fiancé and I are in love with our pictures. His brother was kind enough to tag along and also help capture different angles. Wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend Danny to anyone. We will for sure be using him moving forward.

Danny went above and beyond to capture all the parts of our big day. He intentionally worked with us to understand our vision, what was most important to us, and what we hoped to get out of our wedding photos. He was very accessible and easy to work with. Would recommend to other couples looking for a photographer in the Charlottesville area--especially if you're looking for a photographer who knows all of the best spots on Grounds!
