I cannot recommend Ashley Peterson Photography highly enough. She was everything we hoped for in a photographer — and then some. Her professionalism, flexibility, calm energy, and genuine care made a huge impact on our wedding day (which came with some... unexpected heat-related drama). On the day of our wedding, it was 98 degrees with a heat index of 105. Right after the ceremony, I nearly passed out from the heat. Ashley immediately shifted gears — helping me get to a cool, air-conditioned space and coordinating with the venue team to make sure I had water and time to recover. She and her second shooter didn’t miss a beat. While my husband and I regrouped privately for about an hour, Ashley quietly reorganized the timeline and made sure we still captured every photo we wanted later on — and more. Thanks to her calm presence and seamless adaptability, no one even realized something had gone off script. It was truly amazing how she made everything feel like it had been planned that way all along. Aside from being a heatwave hero, her photography is stunning. I got sneak peeks back quickly (a lifesaver when you’re dying to relive the day), and I’m already in love with every image. Her editing style is clean, timeless, and full of warmth — and she has such a gift for capturing real, in-the-moment emotion. Ashley also followed up with me a few days after the wedding just to check in and see how I was doing — which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Not just a talented professional, but a genuinely kind and thoughtful human. If you're looking for a photographer who not only delivers incredible photos but also brings grace, kindness, and composure to your big day — Ashley is the one.
