Amazing experience + great value = perfection

We had a fantastic experience with Reflections Media! They were always super responsive to any questions we had, and were an absolute breeze to work with. For an incredible price, we got all the photos and videos we could ever hope for, and I would recommend them to my best of friends. It really took the stress off to know that I had such a great media team capturing my campground wedding, and they really understood the assignment!

Just Book Them!!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful company. I contracted them for six hours of videography services and they went above and beyond! Payments were seamless using their app and I was able to choose some songs I liked for my video. My videographer Jeff made sure to ask all the right questions about our special day at our pre-meeting, he arrived on time, got some excellent shots. My video is gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier! They are the BEST!

Reflection Media is an amazing team!! I did so much research on photographers and videographers in the Richmond area and they were the best when it came to everything! We were able to work on a great budget as well. The photos and videos are amazing and I have no words to say how happy we are. From engagement to wedding they did an awesome coverage; they were so flexible with us and very understanding! The turnout time is very impressive and we are just so happy with their work and team! I highly recommend them!

Amazing response time

Reflections media is a fantastic company to work with. Victoria, the booking manager, was quick to respond and easy to work with. We had to change our date for our elopement twice and she was so flexible. Debbie, our photographer was so nice and professional. She got all of our shots! The turn around time was so quick. We loved working with Reflections Media!

Wonderful experience working with Reflections Media

Victoria the booking manager was very helpful, and very responsive. She provided us with an excellent team. The photographer and videographer went above and beyond to capture our memories on our special day. The content that was edited and an extremely fast turn around and was truly unexpected how fast we received it. I would highly recommend Reflections Media for your wedding day. They make sure everything is taken care of and provide a quality product.

Amazing experience from start to finish!

My experience with Reflections Media was really great from start to finish! They gave me a call explaining the whole process and they were able to accommodate my multi-day wedding celebrations. The photo and video teams were so friendly and gave me a few calls before the wedding to understand my traditions and expectations. The photo and video deliveries were super quick and I was really happy with how everything turned out. I was able to request some edits to the video sequencing and music choice and the team was able to turn it around so fast! Definitely recommend the Reflections Media team for anyone looking for a reliable and talented team to take care of their wedding photography and video needs!!

Save yourself a heartache

I hate to write negative reviews, but if I can spare another bride the heartache that I have over my wedding photos it's worth it. We chose Reflections because it cost less than other photographers in the area. What a mistake. The photographer was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. The pictures are very poor and I'm embarrassed to show any of them to my family.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
