Creative Cakes

I was a bride that DID NOT want cake at her wedding; however, my mother had a different opinion. Let me tell you a little story.

We were at a bridal expo at Jacob Henry Mansion and my mom made a beeline for Creative Cakes. She took one bite and looked at me with her eyes rolling into the back of her head. She said you have to try this and I said yeah yeah. After one bite, I immediately said "where do I sign the contract?" It was that good. It's not been a month since the wedding and I am still having guests come to me and ask where we got our cake and sweets from and how delicious it was. Our sweets table was wiped clean with no leftovers. Creative cakes even went above and beyond. It was beautiful and delicious. If you want guests still talking about how great the cake was then you should immediately book them, you will not be disappointed.

As a girl who loves sweets, picking out our wedding cake was the task I looked forward to the most in the wedding planning process, and Creative Cakes did not disappoint! They were great to work with and made every step easy. We loved how they put together sample trays for us to pickup and try all of their fabulous options in the comfort of our own home. In addition, the cake designer was great to work with and checked in as our wedding date approached. Not only was our wedding cake beautiful, it also was delicious. So many guests commented on how good it was and wanted to know what bakery made it. Looking forward to enjoying the complimentary mini cake in our wedding cake flavors on our first anniversary!

We got a cake from Creative Cakes as part of the wedding package at our wedding venue, Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook. The process of designing our cake was great, and they were able to really understand my vision (modern tiered wedding cake with vintage piping) and provide feedback as needed. On our wedding day, we were so happy that the cake turned out exactly as we asked and it couldn’t have been more perfect. On top of that, so many of our guests (including those who admittedly have never been a fan of wedding cake) raved about how delicious our cake was (banana cake with vanilla buttercream). As a bonus, Creative Cakes is going to give us a complimentary 6-inch anniversary cake at our 1-year anniversary. Couldn’t be happier with those vendor.

Our wedding cake and sweets table were absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments and our entire sweets table was devoured by the end of the night! I had the pleasure of working with Becky and she made the entire planning process stress free. I definitely recommend Creative Cakes Bakery!

Creative Cakes made our wedding cake and absolutely blew my expectations of what a wedding cake could be out of the water. Their tasting process was so simple - pick up a sampler of their cakes and buttercreams to take home and have at your own convenience. Their product was delicious and we had a hard time choosing what we wanted - ultimately went with a banana cake and white chocolate frosting. Working with their designers was so simple as well. The final product was exactly what we had envisioned and tasted even better than I remembered from our tasting. We still get compliments to this day on how good our cake was from our guests! I can't recommend the bakery enough.

Our wedding cake from Creative Cakes Bakery was absolutely amazing. Not only was it delicious, it was so gorgeous! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. We had 3 flavors - red velvet with white chocolate mousse, yellow with fudge and white with raspberry preserves. We had a full sweet table as well but we still had no cake left at the end of the night because it was so delicious and popular! If you need a beautiful and tasty wedding cake look no further!! From the first email to the delivery our cake was everything we dreamed it would be and the taste was even better the only thing that I regret is that I didn't have more!

Creative Cakes is the absolute best! Our wedding cake was perfect! We worked with Becky and her team, and they were truly outstanding. From our first meeting, Becky guided us through every step of the process, took detailed notes, and asked questions to help us think through every detail. She even shared a sketch based on what we discussed. Becky was incredibly patient and understanding of last-minute changes. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and truly cares about her customers. Our guests absolutely loved the cake, with several asking where we got it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for everything!

We had the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake from Creative Cakes in Tinley Park, IL. Their professionalism and responsiveness was so wonderful.

We did a three tier, three layered cake of vanilla, chocolate, and banana cake with vanilla mousse and vanilla buttercream. It was outstanding! A guest who attended our wedding even ordered the same kind of cake for her birthday 4 days later. We loved it.
