Annette was very communicative throughout the process of booking our trolley. She was very clear with everything and I was thrilled when I found out she would be our driver on our wedding day. She was so nice, happy and her presence was great to have when it came time to bring me and my bridesmaids over to the chapel. My family all raved about her as well. I highly recommend Annette and her company, you will not be disappointed.

We booked Naperville Trolley & Tours for our 9/21/24 wedding & I cannot recommend them enough!! Annette was incredible with all communication from the start regarding a quote, contract, reminders for payments and even helped us build the perfect timeline for the day! Not to mention how cute the trolley was inside & out! We were able to use our own music & bring snacks & drinks and our driver was awesome! We will continue recommending this service to anyone looking for transportation on their wedding day in the southwest suburbs of Chicago!

We had so much fun traveling on a Naperville Trolley for our wedding! We had a very large bridal party, and everyone was able to fit with room left over. The trolley driver was very kind and drove us around to the many stops we had between our ceremony and reception for pictures. We were able to play music off of my phone and bring a cooler on. Our bridal party loved it, and some of the most fun moments from the wedding day were on the trolley! The trolley itself was clean, spacious, and decorated with adorable “Just Married” signs. We would highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful. Made the whole day that much easier. And Trolley Tom? The wedding party still hasn’t stopped talking about how fantastic that man was. He made everything run so smooth and kept everyone energized and excited for whatever came next, even in the rain! We were beyond honored to have him be apart of our day.

We are so glad we booked with Naperville Trolley for our wedding! Annette who responded to all my emails was so friendly and helpful. She was very sweet! She was always quick about responding to any questions. The trolley was so pretty on the day. It was exactly what I wanted! They even had "Getting to the church on time" and "Just married" signs. It was perfect. We had a great time, and Captain Sully was so funny! He was a really good sport and genuinely seemed to like what he does. After our wedding, we received a thank you note from them, which I thought was a lovely touch. I definitely recommend Naperville Trolley :)

We booked with Naperville Trolley far in advance for our summer wedding to ensure we could get a large enough trolley. Annette was such a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process, even working with our timeline to assign the correct number of hours to our driver. As our wedding approached, Naperville Trolley acquired a new trolley with air conditioning, and Annette assigned the trolley to us for our hot, July wedding day at no additional charge! She was also extremely thorough, with a phone call a few days before the wedding to go over the wedding day timeline, as well as to check on any additional needs. She was familiar with our picture location at the Arboretum and was able to make suggestions as to where we could drive and where the trolley could not go. She potentially saved the day by letting us know that the trolley could not go to some photo locations so I could coordinate with my photographer beforehand! She followed up with an email to confirm all wedding day details and introduced us to our driver, Harry. On our wedding day, Harry was on-time and ready to go. He even had a special song ready to go on the trolley for our trip to the church! He let one of my bridesmaids DJ the rest of the music with a playlist she had created on her iPhone. Harry was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our entire trip, especially through the Arboretum! He expertly navigated the narrow Arboretum roads, finding great places to stop and wait for us to get on and off the trolley. He worked with my photographer to get us to the correct locations for photos, and he even hopped off the trolley with umbrellas when we were caught in a spontaneous rain shower! After our wedding, we received a thank you note/congratulatory note from both our driver Harry and Annette!

This company provides fabulous customer service and BEAUTIFUL trolleys! We used them for our wedding day transportation for the bridal party. The driver, Trolley Tom, was the most generous man. He asked us if we had any special requests for music, and was able to connect our phones to play specific music playlists. He also greeted me (the bride) outside of the church before walking in with my father, handed me breath mints and a water, and wished me luck. Such a great experience and highly recommended for your next event!

Annette was so great to work with! We enjoyed the entire process! She went above and beyond what she was expected to do! She even helped out with our picture locations! She was definitely one of our favorite people to work with through out the entire process! Our driver the day of was great as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Annette was very responsive with all of our questions up to our big day! She was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our needs. Sully (our driver) was amazing! You can tell he and Annette truly enjoy the work they do and they both had a very positive impact on our wedding day. Everyone in our group had a blast!
