This company is literally FANTASTIC! My husband and I just had our wedding at the end of June, and I must say this was an incredible company to work with! First of all, we had originally booked our trolley with another vendor, but literally two weeks before the wedding that fell through, but my mom found this company, and they were AMAZING! Dan was so responsive and communicative and even reserved a trolley for us, yand we had a trolley booked for our wedding! In addition, our driver was absolutely fabulous starting with the amazing vibes when she picked up me and the bridal party to go to the church! The driver was absolutely amazing! Lastly, they give so much on the trolley like champagne, waters, beers, and pop too! 10/10 recommend

We had an amazing time at our wedding with the trolley from Best Trolley Chicago. We enjoyed having our own music, celebrating with drinks, and spending such a fun together with our guests. Everyone had a wonderful experience, and the trolley was beautiful inside and out. We truly loved everything about the service and would highly recommend Best Trolley Chicago to everyone.

We loved Shawn and our limo for bridal party transportation! Shawn was timely and helpful and we had a fantastic time!

Highly recommend this transportation company. They transported us on our wedding day and made transporting us and our 20 person bridal party a breeze. The bus itself was awesome, clean, stocked with champagne and an overall great time. Our driver Johnny was awesome, had a great attitude and was so kind on top of getting us everywhere we needed to be on time! Would definitely use this transportation company in the future and would hope we’d get Johnny as our driver again!

Annette was very communicative throughout the process of booking our trolley. She was very clear with everything and I was thrilled when I found out she would be our driver on our wedding day. She was so nice, happy and her presence was great to have when it came time to bring me and my bridesmaids over to the chapel. My family all raved about her as well. I highly recommend Annette and her company, you will not be disappointed.

We booked Spare Wheels Transportation for our 1st wedding anniversary party after a referral by the Courtyard Marriott St. Charles. I worked with Katelyn S. to book our 39 passenger coach bus for the event. She was awesome to work with and we communicated through email and over the phone. Everything ran smoothly the day of the party, and our shuttle driver Mark C. was accommodating as the final shuttle departed a little later due to clean up after the event. Would definitely recommend Spare Wheels Transportation for any private event needs!

Contacted Tom a few weeks before the wedding by email and we were booked the next day. We booked it for four hours. The limo we got was the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III LWB which was very clean and arrived on time. Our chauffeur was an older gentleman who was very nice and professional like Alfred from Batman with a cap, outfit and all, very elegant. After getting out of the church we were welcomed to a red rolled out carpet that led to the limo and the chauffeur standing by the door. We took a ton of photos by the limo outside and inside. I would recommend them to everyone, professional and excellent service.

o glad we used Pontarelli for our October wedding transportation. It was one less thing to worry about during the day and i couldn’t have been more impressed. The driver, David, was super professional and helpful and the bus we had was high quality and luxurious. We were able to effortlessly transport our guests from the church in Lakeview to Lincoln Park and then to the suburbs at the end of the night -couldn’t have gone smoother. Great company with high quality vehicles and drivers. 5/5 would definitely recommend for a wedding.

We used Aries for all our wedding transportation and would highly recommend them! We worked with Ericka and she was so patient and helpful in organizing our complicated transportation needs over the course of several months – we ended up with a van to drive the wedding party around for photos, two large charter buses to transport 90 guests from our ceremony to the reception, and they also coordinated a black car for our ceremony exit. Everything was on time, the vehicles were clean and attractive, and the drivers were super professional. Aries is also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors in Chicago. 10/10!
