Been a long time customer for Aries, we have rented multiple times with them and it has been the same fantastic service. First time dated back to prom in 2011 with a trolley, and now a charter for our COVID Wedding! Customer service by their entire team is outstanding from start to finish I cannot stress enough. Highly recommend and all safety/precautions are being taken during these unknown time with the pandemic which is VERY reassuring. Certainly a must use on your next event!

We used Aries for all our wedding transportation and would highly recommend them! We worked with Ericka and she was so patient and helpful in organizing our complicated transportation needs over the course of several months – we ended up with a van to drive the wedding party around for photos, two large charter buses to transport 90 guests from our ceremony to the reception, and they also coordinated a black car for our ceremony exit. Everything was on time, the vehicles were clean and attractive, and the drivers were super professional. Aries is also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors in Chicago. 10/10!

Aries was on-time and punctual for transportation on our big day. Only complaint is that the driver wasn't too familiar with how to use the entertainment system to play music, but we were only riding for a short while.

Aries was super easy to work with, from getting an initial quote to providing bus service on our wedding day. We had several trips to make around the city, and it was huge not to have to worry about parking. Our driver was punctual and friendly. This service kept us on schedule for the entire day.

We hired Aries, I found them by googling transportation. It was the perfect fit for our wedding. We used them for the wedding party to transport us for pictures and to the different photos spot as well as to the venue. Then we had them pick our guests up from the hotel. It was a fun and the guest appreciated. Our driver Wayne was sweet and helpful, he was professional and a great driver.

Let me start by saying I am a was probably too laid back as a bride. So laid back, in fact, that I didn't book my transport until few days before the wedding! Transport should be the easiest part right? No big deal? WRONG! Transport services can be booked up and because it is Chicago on the same weekend as the Chicago Marathon some places were wanting $1k+. I had actually called a different transportation services and they were booked. But they were so kind they told me to call Antoinette and see if she can help me. She is AMAZING! Not only did she help me, but she was so kind in every interaction we had. Within an hour or so of talking to her on the phone I was signing paperwork and everything was done. Everybody gave the driver Cleaotha rave reviews!! He was so good he got the guests there before me and I was only a few blocks away from the venue!! I could not recommend this vendor any higher if I tried!

We booked a limousine from Aries Charter for our wedding day. From start to finish, working with Aries Charter was an excellent experience. Antoinette handled our booking and was really helpful with planning the travel from our downtown hotel, to our photo shoot locations, to the venue. The company’s price for a 2-hour limo rental is very reasonable compared to other companies we checked. On the wedding day, Aaron, our driver, did a superb job getting us around to our photo locations quickly so that we had plenty of time to take pictures. He had a very professional and confident attitude which helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. When it started raining during the shoot, he graciously helped us in and out of the limo while holding an umbrella to keep us from getting damp. The limousine itself was very nice and comfortably seated 7 (including our wedding party and photographer). We would highly recommend Aries Charter to prospective couples!

We had a wonderful experience working with Antoinette from Aries Charter. We used them for our wedding transportation and had multiple receptions and venues in the mix which could have been a logistical nightmare if it wasn't for their team. Antoinette worked with us and helped us streamline our transportation needs to keep everything as cost effective as possible. She made suggestions for vehicles that would be easy for our elderly guests to get in and out of and also for me the bride in my dress! Note: limos are not easy to get in and out of in a fitted gown, but their mini-buses are and that worked great for us! The drivers were on time and provided great service to us and our guests. They even went the extra mile and walked my grandparents to their door at the end of the evening to ensure they made it home okay and confirmed with us afterwards once they were safely inside. Now that's great service. Thank you Aries for being so reliable and allowing our wedding day to go so smoothly!

Awesome job to the team at Aries. We had our wedding on 8/6/16 in Chicago and have zero complaints. We hired them to transport our wedding party around for pictures and also transport our guests from hotel to venue. Two busses, two drivers, and zero complaints. Antoinette was my point of contact throughout the process and was awesome to work with. She was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Leading up to our wedding we had the tough decision of arranging transportation for our wedding guests along with deciding on renting a bus for our rather large wedding party. However after viewing the limo bus options online and being helped quickly with setting up a contract, we knew we had made the right decision. We didnt have to worry about a thing. The wonderful limo bus arrived early to the hotel and even waited on our bridal party to finish with photos before departing to the Church. (BTW - the Limo Bus is gorgeous inside and very comforable). Anyways, Our driver was very polite and let us not only enjoy the drinks but the different radio stations as well - which helped us relax before the "Big walk down the aisle." After the wedding there was a slight change in plans and we decided to get some outdoor photos before heading to the hotel for the ceremony, however there was nothing to worry about casue they accomodated us with ease and we still got to the reception on time before it started. Great job. Well done!
