My friends and I have used this company for every holiday trolley event that I can remember over the last 7 years. The responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and incredible team make all the difference and are why we go back time and time again when we know we want to host an incredible event and ensure all our guests have the best time. When my partner and I got engaged last year, Premier was the first thought we had for how to transport the bridal party around the city for photos and the ceremony, and what an incredible way to ensure our guests get home safely at the end of the night with an hourly shuttle from the venue back to the hotel! The team was amazing every step of the way, even decorating the non-wedding limo with garland and greenery so it felt just as magical as the rest of our day! The drivers were prompt and safe and so so funny, our guests were raving for weeks! Could not recommend this team more. Particular shout out to Jennifer who helped us track down the groom's suit jacket the day after the event….she's truly a rock-star!

Premier Trolley and Limo was great and easy to work with! I called in January to reserve a limo for my Labor Day weekend wedding and I seemed to have pick of the litter. A week before the wedding, staff called me again to confirm pick up and drop off locations. Day of, our driver was very prompt and took us to/from family pictures with no problems. I would definitely recommend them!

Premiere Trolley was the perfect trolley service to partner with for our wedding day. Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. Our driver was awesome too - he arrived on time, was a good driver, and made sure we had everything we needed for our day. We loved the Marilyn Jean because there is a back balcony you can use during the trolley ride. I will recommend Premiere Trolley to anyone looking for a trolley rental.

We booked Premier Trolley to drive our wedding party around downtown Chicago to take wedding photos before our ceremony. It was easy to book the trolley over the phone, and their prices were below the other well-rated options. They arrived early to pick us up and navigated multiple stops in Chicago without issue, even with all of the madness in the Loop due to the St Patrick’s Day Celebration, plus River-Dying crowds. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premier Trolley, thank you!

Premier Trolley and Limo was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, Tom the owner made us feel so relaxed and at ease. He was super helpful in assisting us with finding a trolley that would fit our 30+ bridal party and plus ones for our wedding! He was incredibly transparent with letting us know which trolleys would be air conditioned and which ones were not which was greatly appreciated. He also was incredibly responsive, and even answered our emails/phone calls on a Saturday when we originally inquired about his service.

Day of, our driver was Angie, and she was incredible, she showed up right on time and even was able to adjust the time frame a little bit by arrive earlier than what we had planned. She was incredibly professional and was able to accommodate the schedule, taking us to the church, pictures at a nearby park and then finally to our venue. The trolley was beautiful and we had lots of compliments of how fun the entire trolley ride was and how incredibly easy it made the transportation process for everyone in the bridal party. Another great perk is that cups, coolers and ice comes with the trolley! It was so great not having to worry about all of that day of. Tom is so fun to work with, and he will definitely take care of you! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who is interested in booking a trolley for their big day!

My husband and I recently used Premier Trolley and Limo as transportation service for our wedding. I have heard unpleasant stories about transportation companies showing up late or not being what people expected, however Premier Trolley and Limo were true to their word and did an excellent job.

Leading up to the wedding, Tom, the owner, was always accommodating to our needs and was always very informative throughout this whole process. He was willing to work with us in any way to make us happy.

On the day of the wedding, the trolley arrived on time, which allowed our day to run smoothly. It rained on our wedding day which slowed us down a little bit with having to deal with umbrellas and staying dry. We also had to resort to our plan B for taking pictures. Since we weren't sticking to our original plan, we ended up having the trolley 30-45 minutes passed our scheduled time. We found out later that the trolley had another party to pick up, however the trolley driver never got mad at us and never rushed us.

I called Tom a couple days after the wedding to apologize about the overage in time, and Tom assured me that it was ok and that there would be no extra charge. I feel that this level of service does not come from everyone. This goes to show that Tom and his company will always strive for customer service. They are reasonably priced and their trolleys are clean, spacious and beautiful. I would strongly consider using Premier Trolley and Limo for your wedding transportation!

We used Premier Trolley for wedding transportation and couldn't be happier! We hadn't planned on a trolley, but came across Premier Trolley while searching for a limo. The owner, Tom, was so easy to work with and it was clear we would get a much better experience and value with Premier than with the typical limo packages. Tom was flexible in scheduling and was able to work out timing with us given that we did not need transportation for the full 4 hours. We were able to BYOB and snacks. Tom checked in with us several times leading up to the wedding day, as well as after. On the day of, the driver arrived a little early, so we did not have to wait at all after our ceremony. The trolley was beautiful - clean, A/C, and easy to hook up our own music, and could accommodate a large number of people. The driver was willing to drive us to our photo locations and the reception and we stayed on time the whole time. We are very happy with our experience and would strongly recommend Premier Trolley!
