We had a wonderful experience with Midwest for our daughter’s wedding. They provided two coach buses to shuttle guests between the hotel and venue, and everything ran perfectly. The buses were clean, comfortable, and always on time, which made the evening stress-free for everyone. Mel and Amy, the coordinators we spoke with by phone, were especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Their clear communication made planning easy. We highly recommend this company for any event requiring reliable group transportation.

We hired Midwest Coach Limousine, Inc. for our wedding. They communicated with us so well and answered all of our questions. They even sent several confirmation emails leading up to our wedding day! We hired them for two separate times, once to get the bridal party from the hotel to the venue and again at the end of the night to get us (bride and groom) from the venue to our home. They were on time, dressed professionally and super nice and caring. They opened doors for us and helped us with any bags we had. They kept conversations going as well. We were so pleased with them and would definitely recommend!!

My now husband and I were initially unsure if we wanted to provide transportation for our wedding guests because it was just one more expense added to an already expensive day, however we ultimately decided to do it because we wanted to avoid any potential drinking and driving situations after our reception! We looked into various shuttle vendors and what stood out the most about Midwest Limousine was how helpful they were in figuring out what we needed and the logistics of everything. Most other companies wanted me to make all of the decisions such as bus size and hours running on my own, which makes sense except for the fact that I had no idea what I was doing because I do not know how long a round trip in a shuttle might actually take, how many guests typically take the shuttle, etc. Midwest Limousine still let me make those decisions but gave me their professional opinion based on guest count, ceremony and reception time, and their experience working with our venue, and because of that everything turned out great! They were very kind, professional, and easy to work with during the entire process. Also worth noting, they were one of the most affordable options we found when comparing quotes from various shuttle companies! I would absolutely recommend Midwest Limousine for any future shuttle needs.

Hired 3 separate vechicles. They were very easy to work with and answered all my questions.. I was happy to not have to worry about anything extra the day of the wedding, it was all taken care of beforehand. The drivers were prompt, dressed professionally and curteous to the guests. It was nice not having to worry or stress about when you can easily forgot the most important part- getting the bride & groom, and guests back and forth from the hotel to the church!

Transportation on our wedding day was important. We didn't want to have to be driving ourselves everywhere, and we certainly didn't want guests who overindulged at the open bar to have to drive themselves home! Midwest Coach Limousine has been top notch to work with from day one! Their customer service was prompt and professional. Booking was easy. Pricing was fair. At 8:30pm on the night before my wedding I had to call and make a change in times -- which they accommodated with ease. On the day of, our driver was prompt, kind, and so helpful! He even dealt with the craziness of my bridal party without batting an eye! I would highly recommend this company for any transportation needs you may have!

We used MWC for our wedding this August. We rented a limo for the ride there as well as a shuttle for after the reception. The limo took multiple trips between the hotel and the venue in order to transport the entire party. The shuttle took as many trips as were needed between the reception and the hotel in order to get all of our guests back. The prices were incredibly reasonable. Mario was very responsive. The vehicles and drivers were great. I have no complaints and I would definitely use them again!

We used this limousine service a couple weeks ago for transporting myself and my bridesmaids and mom to the venue. We only needed a one stop from the house to the venue. Everyone else wanted to charge us a ridiculous arm and a leg fee but midwest coach limousine was so great! They were a great rate, early even showing up to make sure we got loaded up and to our destination on time. The limo was clean and very comfortable. The gentleman driving helped us get loaded in and helped us carry some things off even. It was so wonderful! I highly recommend using this company if you are in search of a limo service for your special day!

Very professional and courteous! They were very flexible as I had to add on another shuttle last minute! The party bus we used was great, clean, and all the drivers we worked with were awesome!
