Annette was very communicative throughout the process of booking our trolley. She was very clear with everything and I was thrilled when I found out she would be our driver on our wedding day. She was so nice, happy and her presence was great to have when it came time to bring me and my bridesmaids over to the chapel. My family all raved about her as well. My husband and I hired Naperville Limousine for our wedding day and we are so happy that we did!! We spoke with many limousine companies, but Naperville Limousine was the most accommodating, friendly, and communicative! They set up an appointment for us to see their party buses, took us inside the buses, and showed us the lights, music, and the video technology it had to offer! Their buses are so nice and classy looking! They also offered competitive pricing and were easy to get a hold of when we made any route changes. On our wedding day, the driver was on time! The driver picked up the groomsmen and dropped them off at the ceremony location, then picked up the bridesmaids, and did the same. He took us to a new location for photographs and then finally dropped us off at our reception. He was a safe and timely driver throughout the entire day! The bus was clean and air conditioned, and our bridal party LOVED it! Thank you Naperville Limousine for helping our day run smoothly and being a wonderful company to work with! We will refer you to all of our family and friends, and look forward to booking you in the future!!

For our June 2, 2012 wedding we booked two limousines. We used white Hummer H2 limo for the bridal party, and 30 passenger Party Bus for families and guests. Vehicles are new and clean, we actually went to look at these vehicles a week before we booked them, and the same limos arrived on the day of. (Although they tell you that the specific vehicle is not guaranteed as they have different capacity and color combinations, they assured us that if they have to substitute the vehicle it will be an upgrade) Had to tweak pick up times due to schedule changes by more than an hour and they were happy to help every time. That tells me they do not overbook and allow plenty of time around your time slot. Unlike some other vendors, we had no problem making cash deposit in person and paid the balance the day before at their office. Great for the value as well, we got additional 20% off the total price for booking 5 hour charter. One other thing, they told us up front that although Hummer is 22 passenger vehicle, their recommendation was for the wedding stay 25% below maximum capacity - worked out perfect!

I used the 12 passenger limo van and the 14 passenger sprinter van to get guests and VIPs to and from the wedding venue. They were prompt and the vehicles were well kept. The driver was very patient with us and all our guests were very grateful that they didn't have to worry about transportation. Their service during the planning process was excellent. More available by phone than email but still easy enough to get a hold of and always had answers to my questions. Should I have use for their services again they will be my only call and I highly recommend them.
