For our June 2, 2012 wedding we booked two limousines. We used white Hummer H2 limo for the bridal party, and 30 passenger Party Bus for families and guests. Vehicles are new and clean, we actually went to look at these vehicles a week before we booked them, and the same limos arrived on the day of. (Although they tell you that the specific vehicle is not guaranteed as they have different capacity and color combinations, they assured us that if they have to substitute the vehicle it will be an upgrade) Had to tweak pick up times due to schedule changes by more than an hour and they were happy to help every time. That tells me they do not overbook and allow plenty of time around your time slot. Unlike some other vendors, we had no problem making cash deposit in person and paid the balance the day before at their office. Great for the value as well, we got additional 20% off the total price for booking 5 hour charter. One other thing, they told us up front that although Hummer is 22 passenger vehicle, their recommendation was for the wedding stay 25% below maximum capacity - worked out perfect!
