My husband and I hired Naperville Limousine for our wedding day and we are so happy that we did!! We spoke with many limousine companies, but Naperville Limousine was the most accommodating, friendly, and communicative! They set up an appointment for us to see their party buses, took us inside the buses, and showed us the lights, music, and the video technology it had to offer! Their buses are so nice and classy looking! They also offered competitive pricing and were easy to get a hold of when we made any route changes. On our wedding day, the driver was on time! The driver picked up the groomsmen and dropped them off at the ceremony location, then picked up the bridesmaids, and did the same. He took us to a new location for photographs and then finally dropped us off at our reception. He was a safe and timely driver throughout the entire day! The bus was clean and air conditioned, and our bridal party LOVED it! Thank you Naperville Limousine for helping our day run smoothly and being a wonderful company to work with! We will refer you to all of our family and friends, and look forward to booking you in the future!!

Great price on our limo and return sedan for after the reception. A very clean new Lincoln stretch showed up with champagne. Return car was about 15 minutes late but they never ended up charging me for the after hours pick up and they sent a stretch limo instead of a sedan anyways. Repeat customer and will use again.

They were very reasonably priced compared to other places I had looked into. They were easy to work with. I was able to book and pay online, which made things easier for me. My driver was a few minutes earlier and super easy to work with. He knew where he was going and even took a quicker route to get to my ceremony location than I had taken when I had driven myself there. I like the red carpet and being able to choose the limo decoration color. They also offered a champaign toast.

Naperville Limousine was professional, courteous, and, very importantly, prompt! I had read some reviews of other places that said their driver was late or didn't know his routes, and was nervous that might happen on our wedding day, but we had nothing to worry about! The driver showed up right on time and had a nice selection of champagne and soda in the limo for our. He was really helpful getting us in and out of the limo, and they even decorated the inside in our colors. I fondly remember our time in the limo and know my bridal party does too. I'd highly recommend this company!

I picked a limo company last minute and did not research it to the extent that I did all the other vendors. I ended up getting to the ceremony on time (BARELY!). The driver did not speak very good english so I am not sure if some of the communications were just misunderstood. The driver took the most round about ways and ended up taking twice as much time as each leg should have taken. He was flexible with adding an extra pick up and drop off, but I wish I would have printed out all the directions for each stop on my own in advance. I recommend if you go with this company that you have it all planned out in advance.

We rented a stretch Excursion to transport our wedding party. Ultimately the limo got us to our destinations, but was definitely the most stressful part of the wedding day. I had three major problems with Naperville Limousine
1. Incorrect pickup location – We initially scheduled the limo to start off by picking the groom and groomsmen up at the hotel. However, a week before the wedding the guys decided to get ready at DH’s parents’ house, so we changed the pickup location to their home. Despite confirming the new pickup location, the limo went to the hotel instead, causing the first pickup of the day to be late. By the time the mistake was figured out, the schedule of getting everyone to the church was thrown off.
2. Poor driving and route selection ¬ - Our driver had a knack for picking the worst routes from getting from point A to point B. After dropping the guys off at the church, the limo picked me and the bridesmaids up at my parents’ home ½ mile away. It should have taken the limo no more than 3 minutes to get to the house from the church, but ended up taking over 10 minutes. Then on the way back to the church, the driver completely missed the turn (and several other opportunities to turn) for the church and had to be directed by the bridesmaids. After the ceremony, the driver insisted on taking a ridiculous route to the reception which involved adding unnecessary distance to the drive and going down a street that is always incredibly backed-up. This probably added at least 15 minutes to our trip and cut into the time we had for pictures. The driver did not speak English well, so it was difficult to give him directions and figure out what his plan was.
3. Nearly injured photographer and equipment – We stopped at a scenic location to take pictures. The photographer had gotten out of the limo and was standing at the open limo door gathering her camera equipment. Without warning, the limo driver started driving away, scaring the photographer and almost knocking her expensive equipment onto the ground.
