About Us

CATERING, CAKES & VIDEO. The name says it all. I have been in the catering business for over 30 years, keeping up with the trends, and furthering my education in the Culinary Arts. I know what works on a number of levels, and have participated in many hundreds of weddings.
I love weddings. I love to videotape them. I am an award winning photographer. I have a wonderful eye for details, and like to get nice and close, so you don't miss those little things. Sound quality is great. I have a remote microphone that I hide near you, to pick up every word. There are no wires to trip over, no glaring lights, and people usually don't even notice I'm there. I move about the room as a guest would, and engage people in conversation to make them feel relaxed. I ask for comments and well wishes to the Bride & Groom. I go out back and get the men having their cigars, and the kids playing. No long shots where the camera never moves. I pan & zoom to include all the action. And I know just when to end the video, while people still look their best. I am also very good at the editing part. I use music from the ceremony & reception, and put it over crowd noises. I place nice titles, fades and transitions in the video, smoothly and seamlessly, with a relaxed pacing. Your video will be a treasured memory that you and your loved ones will want to watch again and again.
Then there's my cakes. My first love. My cakes have been pleasing Brides for decades. You can't beat mine for flavor, texture & variety. Mousse, custard and ganache fillings accent fresh berries, zested citrus, nuts & chocolate. My signature decoration is a rough textured, bold stroke buttercream icing. With lots of butter, and white chocolate. Although I prefer elegant simplicity, I also do fabulous fondant and cream puff cakes. Check out my video, and see for yourself.
