We hired Girl & the Fig to cater our wedding and we absolutely loved working with them.

Every single bite at our wedding was delicious — and our guests are still talking about the food.

The appetizers were a huge hit, especially the short rib potato rösti and the fried chicken. For the main course, we served family-style halibut and flat iron steak, and both were outstanding. The halibut was my personal favorite — perfectly cooked — and the sunchoke and mushroom ragù that came with it was out of this world. Dessert was also a highlight. The lemon tart seemed to be the crowd favorite, but honestly, we loved them all.

Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The team kept the evening flowing smoothly and helped us stay on schedule so we could get to the dance floor right on time. The bar staff was fantastic as well — friendly, efficient, and on top of everything.

From our initial tasting all the way through the big day, Girl & the Fig was a dream to work with. They were responsive, accommodating, and incredibly professional. One HUGE perk was their partnership with Encore for rentals — it made planning so much easier and kept everything well-coordinated.

The food was absolutely incredible for both events - generous portion sizes, absolutely delicious food, and amazing service. We also opted for their bar package - the signature cocktails were so delicious. We received so many compliments.

They were super organized and easy to work with on top of all the incredible food and drinks. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back to their restaurant to relive our wedding day!

We hosted our welcome party at Suite D and also had Girl & the Fig/Suite D cater our wedding the next day. They were incredibly easy to work with and made sure everything was just what we wanted. The tasting for the wedding was really fun, too! The guests loved the food, and the specialty cocktails, and everything went very smoothly the day of!

Not only was the food excellent but the service was top and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food came out when they said it would and tasted even better than it did when we did our tasting. The Girl and The Fig Caters offers good variety to choose from when you're building your menu. Additionally they provided allergy / vegan meals for those at our wedding that needed them. We worked with Andrea K. during the planning / coordination phase. She was very professional and helpful. They handled all of our rentals for plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. They worked with us to get the best price whenever possible. We'd definitely recommend using them as a caterer for your wedding!

We had Girl and the Fig provide desserts for our wedding and we could not have made a better choice! We asked our venue to pack up any remaining desserts for us, and at the end of the wedding there was nothing left. Every dessert we had was delicious and our guests were raving about them. Girl and the Fig also had a great selection, including vegan and gluten free desserts. The team was incredibly flexible and accommodating as well. Andrea was very responsive and easy to work with, and helped us make a number of changes due to COVID. If you're looking for delicious desserts to be delivered to your event, I would highly recommend Girl and the Fig!

I am a huge fan of The Girl and The Fig Restaurant. I tried their Sea Salt Chocolate Chunk Cookies and knew I wanted them at my wedding. I reached out to them and Andrea Koweek was really nice to work with. From my tasting to dessert selection she was helpful and accommodating. They have a really great selection of dessert minis that are the perfect sweet ending to your wedding. It's nice that during the tasting you can select a handful to try. I chose the chocolate chip cookies, raspberry cream puffs, lemon tart, brown butter cake and ginger strawberry shortcakes. As predicted my guests were obsessed with the desserts. The cookies in particular were such a hit that we barely had any left. My guests were literally dancing with a cookie or pastry in one hand and wine glass in another. It was great. I highly recommend Fig Cakes and Sweets for your wedding. Your guests will thank you.

Girl and the Fig was absolutely the right choice for us! The entire experience was wonderful and the food itself was a million times better than your typical wedding food or banquet catering. Our guests raved about how tender the steak was and how great the service and staff were too. Thank you!

I had the privilege of working with Jesse most of the way through the process. She was responsive and helpful. We did a tasting and enjoyed all of the food. The only issues we had the day of was that the salad was a bit salty but otherwise everything turned out great. We had our wedding in October at Russian River Vineyards. They served the pork belly, steak, and goat cheese crostini appetizer, a salad course, the filet and the chicken, and grilled cheese for late night. Everyone enjoyed it and it was so worth the money. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.
