A humble man but master in the kitchen. He was recommended by our excellent wedding planner Jess Haro, and we could not ask for a more beautifully displayed and equally tasting dinner. From designing individual cheese plates to buying our cow weeks in advance to marinate the ribeye, to make from scratch ice cream, this guy went above and beyond on every item and ingredient.

We had to plan our wedding within a month due to a bunch of limiting factors, and Josh was even able to not only accommodate this but squeeze in a tasting. Abiding by all the strict constraints we had due to being as COVID safe as possible, made the night complete with his exquisite food. We even had two kids present, and he made the most delicious homemade mac and cheese for them. As a huge fan myself, he made sure there was extra for me on the side. Whether planning a dinner party or a wedding, Josh is the man you want to serve you dinner.
