Sol Azteca Catering & Events is a wedding catering company in East Cotati Avenue, Rohnert Park, California. Opening their restaurant Taqueria Sol Azteca in 1992, Francisca Lemus and her husband Ernesto began a tradition that is still going strong today. The doting couple and their children moved to the West Coast from Jalisca, Mexico, in 1976 and fell instantly in love with the area. After over 20 years of serving delicious authentic Mexican food to an adoring public, Francisca sold her business to her son Francisco. Frankie expanded the company and created Sol Azteca Catering to share the menu his great-grandmother had created almost a century before.
