The Outside Wedding Arbor at Bowling Green South sits on a small hill overlooking the golf course and Blue Ridge Mountains. The view is absolutely breathtaking!
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes, many of our couples that are using the ceremony area will opt to have their rehearsal dinner the day prior to their wedding. Typically, we will waive the room rental fee associated with the rehearsal dinner.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens are included in our ballroom rental fee.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we do have a Preferred Wedding Vendor guide as part of pur package, however, it is not essential that vendors from that list are used in order to book Bowling Green.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, we do not require weddings to use our musicians. No there are no additional fees to bring in your own musicians.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, it is against Virginia ABC regulations to bring in outside alcohol to a licensed establishment.

We do not allow any items that would leave a permanent mark on our floors, ceilings, or walls.

No restrictions on actual music, however we do ask that the entertainment does not include the use of fog machines or bubble machines.

Yes, however the weddings would be in two completely different ballrooms that are located about a 1/2 mile apart.
