Evergreen Country Club welcomes wedding parties of up to 200 guests. Couples can design and create the wedding they've always envisioned with various indoor and outdoor event spaces. Perched at the bottom of the Bull Run Mountains, this site's blissful scenery makes for a truly breathtaking setting for outdoor festivities. The Stone Garden Ceremony area is a picturesque ceremony site that overlooks many rolling hills and iconic Virginia woodland. Featuring a white-washed arbor and well-kept lawns, this space is ideal for nature-loving couples seeking to make the most of the Virginian sunshine. This event area can be configured in various ways and is great for intimate and larger ceremonies. Additional outdoor facilities include The Terrace. Fantastic for cocktails with panoramic club views, this space can also be used with the indoor Lounge area. The Ballroom is a chic event space for large indoor wedding receptions and celebrations long into the night. Featuring dazzling chandeliers, arched windows, high ceilings, and more, every couple can personalize this elegant room to create the event space they've always dreamt of. Absolutely Perfect Wedding Day!
Everything was beyond perfect for our special day and that all started with the event coordinator Desiree. She was there for anything we needed all day and made us feel so special! Booking it over a year and a half out, she was great with communicating and answering all of our questions. Leading up to the day, we felt no stress and all of the little details were taken care of!
The entire wedding party stayed at the Inn at Evergreen right on property. It’s an amazingly beautiful historic Inn, and we were thrilled that everyone in our wedding party was able to be together in such a cool place!
The ballroom is perfect for various wedding sizes. It didn’t feel empty at all for our 60-person wedding, but it can still comfortably fit many more guests.
We decided on the buffet option because we wanted a more casual dining experience. We’re still receiving compliments from family and friends about how amazing the food was and how Evergreen was such a beautiful place for our wedding!
We recommend Evergreen CC to any couples looking to have a beautiful wedding in a surreal surrounding with Bull Run Mountains in the backdrop. Desiree was wonderful, we couldn’t have asked for a better day!

This spectacular site for a wedding is within easy reach of Northern Virginia and fun to go to from DC. The ceremony site, inside a low rock wall with the mountain just behind it, cannot be beat. The staff is perfect ... friendly and perfect in their every detail. You will not regret a decision to choose Evergreen Country Club! I love to hear, when a couple asks me to officiate a wedding, that they will be at Evergreen!
