I am the MOB and wanted to share my review of the beautiful Crossvines. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, location, five-star food and service, look no further. Crossvines checks all the boxes from start to finish and the bonus and heart and soul of Crossvines is Rhonda and her caring team who are with you every step of the way. I knew this was a special place the moment I walked in and the surprise was the value for what you get: beautiful location, delicious food, alcohol of your choice, linens, cake and planning team all in one place which makes it’s so much nicer and easier to plan. Rhonda and Ari (ARJ Productions) helped us plan the perfect day and we were never worried because we knew they were on it. Our family and friends are still raving about our reception and how perfect it was and fun! They even make sure the bride and groom are well taken care by assigning them an assistant whose only job that day is to take care of them and anything they want or need. They have really thought of everything and it shows. They have their list of vendors too you can use (or not) but trust me if they are on the list, they too are of the highest quality. Crossvines stood out above all the other venues we visited. Book a tour immediately, don’t hesitate. They love what they do and it shows. The care and love along the way when planning our special day is something we will never forget. It’s not what people do, it’s how they make you feel and Rhonda, her team, and Ari at ARJ Productions made us all feel like we were family. We are forever grateful.

We had the incredible privilege of hosting our 4-day fusion Hindu-Jewish wedding at The Crossvines in October, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough. Each of our events was unique and perfectly executed, thanks to the extraordinary team at The Crossvines.

The Sangeet: Our first event was hosted in their stunning pavilion. The space was incredibly versatile and gave us the flexibility to create a lively and memorable evening for our guests.

The Baraat: My entrance on a horse for the Baraat was nothing short of magical! The Crossvines went above and beyond to ensure this huge procession ran smoothly, including blocking off traffic. It was an unforgettable moment for us and our guests.

The Lagan (Hindu Ceremony): Held on the expansive lawn, the ceremony featured the golf course as a breathtaking backdrop. The open space added a serene and elegant touch to the event.

Cocktail Hour & Ketubah Signing: This dynamic event was a highlight of the weekend. The patio, with its cozy fireplaces, provided an intimate setting for our cocktail hour (the stir fry was a crowd favorite!), while the Ketubah signing in the study added a scholarly charm. Guests loved being able to explore and choose their own adventure between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Jewish Ceremony: The patio outside the Great Hall, overlooking the golf course and fountain, was the perfect setting for our elegant and heartfelt ceremony. We especially appreciated the beautiful, well-constructed tent that protected us from the elements while maintaining the outdoor ambiance.

The Reception: The Great Hall was everything we hoped for—modern, spacious, and easy to work with. The food was phenomenal, the service impeccable, and the entire evening ran seamlessly.

Beyond the events themselves, the service at The Crossvines was exceptional. A dedicated helper was assigned to us for the entire weekend, ensuring we were cared for every step of the way—from bringing us food and drinks to packing up leftovers and helping us navigate the events stress-free. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly pampered.

A special shoutout to Rhonda, the director of catering, who was by far the best vendor we worked with. Her warmth, expertise, and genuine care made the planning process and execution a joy.

The Crossvines may be a newer venue, but they are already setting the bar incredibly high. Their team’s dedication, attention to detail, and stunning facilities made our wedding unforgettable. We feel so lucky to have chosen this venue and can’t thank them enough for bringing our dream wedding to life.

From the moment I walked into the venue for a tour of this new location, I knew I would be having my wedding here. Not only are the views beautiful and picturesque (amazing for photos!), the customer service from everyone at The Crossvines was spectacular. Rhonda was responsive and helpful from beginning to end. I honestly can say our wedding was the best day of our lives and that's part to Rhonda and Crossvines team. The organization of the day went smoothly. I felt my vendors were able to work alongside the venue. The food was absolutely delicious! My guests raved about the ors d'oeuvres and entrees - not to mention their fabulous wines! We recently hosted our 25th anniversary party at The Crossvines, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, providing the perfect backdrop for our special celebration.

The location is stunning—nestled in the beautiful countryside, it offers breathtaking views that set a magical tone for the evening. The outdoor patio was a particular highlight, offering our guests a serene and picturesque space to mingle and enjoy the fresh air, all while taking in the gorgeous scenery.

Inside, the grand ballroom was nothing short of spectacular. The space was elegant and spacious, providing the perfect setting for dining, dancing, and making memories. The acoustics were excellent, and the live band added a melodic ambiance that filled the room with warmth and joy. The welcome room was another wonderful touch, offering a cozy and inviting space for our guests to gather and feel immediately at home.

The staff at The Crossvines truly made our event exceptional. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality were evident throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the night of the event, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our celebration was perfect. The team was attentive to our needs, accommodating all of our requests with grace and efficiency, and always with a smile.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, with a menu that offered something for everyone. Our guests are still raving about the quality and presentation. The service staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure that all our needs were met throughout the night.

Overall, The Crossvines made our 25th anniversary celebration truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue, and we are filled with gratitude for the outstanding experience they provided. My husband (!!!!) and I got married this past weekend, August 17, at the Crossvines. We cannot stop talking about how AMAZING our special day was, and it was, in large part, due to our spectacular venue and its wonderful staff.

The Crossvines was the first venue we toured, and to be completely honest, we went with very low expectations. The Crossvines was completely new and had yet to host a wedding when we first went. However, we were absolutely blown away by the space and people that we met. We looked through the websites of other nearby venues and none of them came even close to what the Crossvines was offering us. I fell in love with the outdoor terrace and grand ballroom, and could picture myself genuinely having the best time of my life there. And they keep a spanking clean place, which was also something that we highly prioritized in our search for a wedding venue (you would be surprised at how dirty some wedding venues can be!).

The food was out of this world and we were so so so impressed with everything at our first visit, as well as during our tasting. Now that our wedding is done, we are still getting messages from friends and family who said that it was some of the BEST food they have had at a wedding.

Rhonda (Director of Catering) and Danette (Administrative Coordinator) went out of their way during this whole process (which can be insanely isolating, stressful, and just all around MADNESSS!!!) to put me and my husband at ease. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their flexibility was just sosososo appreciated and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make sure our day went perfectly.

Also, another thing to add is that our vendors also could not stop raving about Rhonda and Danette. I know it says a LOT if a wedding vendor has nothing but good things to say about a venue because they really have seen everything!!!

Seriously, go book your tour at the Crossvines if you haven't already! You will not regret it :)

Crossvines is such a fantastic venue. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Montgomery County’s Agricultural Reserve. We fell in love with it after visiting for lunch at their Farmhouse Bistro and immediately set up a tour appointment with Rhonda. We were so pleased to visit in person & see that it actually measured up to everything we wanted. We had visited 3 venues beforehand but once we went to Crossvines we knew it would be perfect place. While we had an intimate ceremony at the courthouse for our vows, my husband and I still wanted to celebrate (w/ more people) at Crossvines. Rhonda and her team was so accomdating & kind. Throughout the whole process they were so responsive, organized & professional. I was honestly blown away by the amazing service we received from them. They cater in-house and the quality is on par with a fine dining restaurant. Chef even made accommodation for our vegan guests. When we finally had the big day, this venue truly exceeded our expectations. The guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was! I'm so thankful we picked this venue & I highly recommend it to anyone! The customer service, beauty and quality of Crossvines is unmatched. Thank you Rhonda and team for everything! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We recently celebrated our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Crossvines, and it was an unforgettable experience! Rhonda and her team were excellent from start to finish. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and the impeccable service. The brand-new venue provided a beautiful atmosphere that added a special touch to the celebration. Every detail was executed perfectly, making the event smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host such an important milestone. 10/10 – highly recommend!

We just had our wedding here last month and it was incredible. Rhonda and her team were outstanding. The setting is picturesque and the service was outstanding. The day went smoothly. The food was great and I could have eaten any option on the menu. They also offer an after party option on their patio and I would highly recommend. The days goes so fast that it helps you cap off the event. I recommend getting a bus for guests for transportation to and from the venue.

We went to check out The Crossvines at the suggestion of the bride's father, after already settling on a different venue to host and hold our special day. He recommended The Crossvines after paying a visit for a work function a couple of months prior. Apparently this place had been known as a golf course, but recently opened a bistro and a winery. Even through we had already chosen a venue, we figured it couldn't hurt to check this place out given the recommendation.

The first thing that stood out on our first visit was the long drive up the private driveway leading up to the venue. It was a beautiful day outside, and the drive up to the building was absolutely gorgeous!!! The wife absolutely agreed, we parked and went inside. From the moment we walked through everything just looked so nice and well put together. The seating area near the entrance, the great lighting and decor, the large windows that let all the natural light in, this place was just a sight to see!

Soon after arriving we were met by Rhonda, who is the wedding and catering director at The Crossvines. She gave us a tour of the beautiful facility, showing off the the main dining area which was immaculate and perfect for our reception, the beautiful hallway outside the dining hall which was a perfect space for our wedding ceremony, the large spacious bridal and groom suites that were on opposite sides of the building, and the beautiful outdoor area with outdoor seating for the bistro, an outdoor fireplace, and a large open patio-like area overlooking the lush green fields of grass that served as a perfect space for our wedding photos. We left that day thinking the same thing; This is the place we want our wedding to be. It came at a significantly higher financial cost than our first venue, but it was SOOOOOO WORTH IT in the end.

The numerous times we've seen Rhonda, I honestly have never seen her without a smile on her face. Rhonda is personable, has high energy, and was a delight to work with in the months leading up to our wedding, ensuring at each step that our day would be enjoyable and memorable to us most importantly, but also our loved ones who would be attending. From decor options, food and cake tastings, ceremony and reception details, coordinating with vendors, communication with us, the wedding rehearsal, she made sure all the details were covered. I really can't say enough about how much we both appreciate her knowledge, expertise, and gift of coordination that helped make the entire planning process stress and headache free.

The day of our wedding, 03FEB24, the very first wedding held at The Crossvines, ran as if they had been in the wedding business for decades. They literally had everything we could possibly need on site, in our wedding suites, charcuterie board for snacking, mouthwash, gum, cleaning wipes, sewing kit, a steamer, these people out a lot of thought into what can possibly go wrong, and how can it be addressed ASAP. They kept us updated, on time, got the parties lined up, down the aisles, and the ceremony was executed to perfection. The waiting staff was excellent attending to our guest. The wife and I had our own personal waitress who stayed with us throughout the entire event and took care of our every request, wants and needs expeditiously. THE FOOD WAS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!!! We weren't the only ones to think this, our guests let us know how much loved not only the food but the entire experience, including the ceremony and reception from start to finish. In the end that all we really wanted was for people to enjoy and for our night to be memorable, and the entire Crossvines team showed out and delivered that for us.

I have to mention, we visited The Crossvines for the very first time on the last day of September 2023, made our decision to switch from the former venue in mid October, selected our customized wedding package and signed the contract in late November, and had our wedding in early February the following year. That is a VERY fast turnaround for planning and executing any large event, let alone something as personal and intimate as a wedding. And we had the honor and pleasure of being the first ever wedding held at this place. Again I have to take my hat off to Rhonda, Mrs. Danette Pickens, the general manager, the head chef, and the entire Crossvines support staff for helping to see our vision come to fruition.

It goes without saying, but let me say it and make it clear, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful venue for anyone who is looking for a location to hold their wedding and/or reception. You will be in good hands here. They know what they are doing, and they will take care of you. They will more than make your day special for you and your loved ones. Go check this place out like we did. You will fall in love with its beauty, inside and out, and Rhonda will take care of the rest. Thank you Crossvines for a day and evening the wife and I, close family and friends will always hold in our hearts and in our memories.

My mom chose to host my bridal shower at Crossvines in March 2024. The venue space is fairly new and wasn't on our radar until a friend mentioned it. We went for lunch to check out the space and try the food and immediately fell in love. We soon connected with Rhonda, the Crossvines events manager, and she could not have been more lovely. She is so kind and did everything to ensure the day was exactly how we wanted it. Rhonda worked with my mom and I on our requests for the space, time of day, etc. She recommended some fabulous vendors, including a florist and balloon artist, and everything turned out great! The room was set up exactly how we discussed and my mom hardly had to do anything or worry day of! We had 30 guests and were able to use half the ballroom with trees tastefully sectioning it off. The food was fantastic and service was great. I'm sure a wedding here would be lovely too - the space is gorgeous and brand new.
