Do you charge for trials?
Beauty On location provides a comprehensive hands on pre- wedding trial and a fee is charged, unless a Wedding package is purchased at the time iof the consultation.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes we travel to your location. Depending on the location, a small travel feee may apply.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Our timeline depends on the number of Hair and/or Makeup we are providing services for.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We like to have Brides book us atleast 4 months in advance but we have dome Weddings that were at the last minute. We will provide professional services at any time providing we are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
All services require a Contract/Service Agreement to be completed along with a Deposit. The contract states a 2 Week cancellation is required.
