I chose Salon Evangelos to get my hair done for may wedding. I have been going there for years so they really knew my and what I wanted. They were able to set up all my appointments leading up to the wedding so that my hair was going to be exactly what I wanted. And it was! I also had my mother and several of my bridesmaids go to the salon the day of the wedding and everyone hair turned out amazing. One of my bridesmaids had a certain style she wanted and the stylist she had an appointment with said there was another stylist who does it better. So they switched appointments around just to guarantee my bridesmaid had the style she wanted done the right way. Also the salon had a table set up where we could bring in fruit and coffee cake to snack on and drinks to have while we were getting ready. Great experience!!!!

After shopping around in the Orland Park area and reading many online reviews, I chose Avanzato because they had the best reviews, reasonable prices and a great wedding day package. The lady who did my hair and makeup for my wedding was Jackie and she was phenomenal! She was very friendly, personable and extremely flexible with how I wanted my hair and makeup done for my wedding! The owner, Peggy, really treats you like family and will finalize every detail with you so you don't just feel like just another bridal party. I also had lash extensions done there and they turned out amazing! For the day of my wedding they provided coffee, mimosa's and soda as well as fresh pastries and fruit to snack on. The only reason I am not giving them a 5/5 for quality of service was because some of the other hair designers were not very friendly or flexible with my bride's maids and seemed to rush through their appointments as well as pile on some pretty heavy amounts of makeup that was obviously too much for even a Broadway musical number! I can honestly say that for myself, however, I have never felt more comfortable getting my hair done!
