The Dynamic Duo
On the day of my trial, I described my hair style to Monika, and she was able to visualize what I wanted and recreated it exactly like I imagined, if not better. Elana also created a beautiful look, which brought tears of joy when I first saw my finished makeup in the mirror. She color matched my airbrush make-up perfectly to my skin tone and matched the right lashes and makeup style to the look I was going for, as well.
On the day of our event, both ladies finished in good time. Their positive energy filled the room, which helped create a very calm and peaceful morning before the big event. My hair and makeup stayed in place all day and all night, and even until the next morning! I woke up, feeling like a movie star! :)
Thank you for everything. I could not imagine doing what you do. You both are true artists with a skill set I would not be able to attempt.

Elana Darrus was fantastic last weekend at the Grand Hotel Wedding on Mackinac Island. The Bride, Ashley, had perfect makeup that was not overdone. Ashley brought Elana all the way from Chicago to solely do her makeup in Northern Michigan, a compliment in itself! I would highly recommend Elana to anyone.
