Refined Beauty was great! I used them for hair only but had an amazing experience. I worked with Erin and she was perfect. She totally got the vibe I was looking for with my wedding hair and got super nice extensions for me as well. All of my bridesmaids were very happy with their hair for the wedding as well. Refined Beauty was super accommodating with my larger bridal party which I really appreciated!

Jennifer and her team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They made sure I felt like myself while still being fully glammed up. We were able to finish our service a little ahead of schedule which felt like such a big relief with a tight schedule for the day! The salon was such a welcoming and fun place to get ready in the morning and they were incredibly accommodating. Cannot recommend enough!

Kikki worked with me leading up to our wedding with several facials and helped me get my skin looking and feeling fabulous for the big day! I got a lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint from Kikki prior to the wedding and was so happy with the results. I was referred here by a friend to try Simply Tan, their custom spray tan services, for my wedding and had a GREAT experience. Halie absolutely nailed it - I felt sunkissed without feeling unnatural or orange. I did a trial with her pre-wedding and I loved that when I came back for my tan before the big day they had exactly what they did last time listed in their system to ensure that the color and wash-off time were consistent with what we had done before. I'm so happy with my whole experience with Refined Beauty and Simply Tan!

She was thoughtful during the hair trial – asking questions about what I was looking for, realistically offering her professional advice and suggestions, and checking in with me on what I thought as it came together. I ended up even coming to her for a haircut the week before the wedding because I trusted her to make it look great! On the big day, it was so fun to have Janet and Jennifer there to do the entire wedding party’s hair and some makeup. They got along great with all the girls and made everyone look GORGEOUS! I felt so confident and beautiful after Janet did my hair! I got so many compliments on how perfectly it turned out! The ladies at Refined Beauty were so fun to work with and our looks would not have come together as perfectly without their hard work!!

Choosing who was going to be in charge of my hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the hardest decisions I had to make while planning for the big day, and I did a lot of research before choosing Refined Beauty! I don't wear a ton of makeup regularly so I did not want my makeup to be too over the top and cakey but I also wanted to look beautiful and glamorous on my wedding day (obviously). After meeting and consulting with Jennifer I felt so confident she could make my vision come to life, and she truly did. Jennifer and her team ended up doing my hair and makeup as well as my entire bridal party and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were so professional, got everyone done in a timely manner, and made everyone look beautiful. I also must mention I had Jennifer give me some highlights and tape in hair extensions prior to my wedding day, and she did an amazing job with this as well. I am so happy I chose Refined Beauty to be a part of my wedding day and I will absolutely continue going to Jennifer for all of my future hair and makeup needs! So excited she moved downtown Naperville too!

Janet was awesome and came on site to where our wedding ceremony was. She was very flexible and all the girls/moms/me were extremely happy with the results! My husband and I got married outside and it wasn't supposed to rain until later in the evening but it downpoured during our vows. Despite the rain, all of our hair and makeup stayed perfect until the reception ended! The picture provided was my hair after the rain.

Refined Beauty is THE BEST! I do not even know where to begin on their all around amazing services. First of all, Jennifer is a life saver! I had another hair/make up group booked for my wedding, and about 1.5 months out they fell through. I contacted Jennifer after a recommendation from Emerson Creek. Jennifer made me feel so much better after a whirlwind of emotions, she instilled confidence that she could provide what I needed on my wedding day. On my trial day with the previous group, they did not think I could have the desired look I had wanted for my wedding day due to the length of my hair, Jennifer said no worries and made it work. Jennifer truly takes the time to listen to what your dream day and look should be. I was in LOVE with my hair and make up. I am not even being biased here, but I have never been in a wedding party that everyone getting their hair done liked their results, well all of my bridesmaids loved their hair and make up, everyone was very happy with the results! I booked Refined Beauty for my June 2019 wedding. I am so glad I was able to work with her the day of my wedding. I have naturally "heavy" hair and I added a whole other head of hair via extensions. I was shocked that my hair stayed literally ALL DAY LONG. I had a church ceremony so we were ready around 11:30am and I did not go to bed until about 3am! My hair was still styled when I went to bed! I even threw it up in a cute pony for breakfast the next day and the curls STILL looked awesome! All of my bridesmaids hair was flawless and Jennifer even gave my mother in law's short pixi cut an amazing look! She is very knowledgeable about her craft. Her work speaks for itself.
