Elements at Water Street is a wedding venue located within Hotel Indigo in the heart of downtown Naperville, Illinois. Since 2017, the venue's staff have welcomed couples to celebrate their love at this stunning ballroom. Its breathtaking contemporary design makes it the perfect venue for a modern and elegant wedding.
Facilities and Capacity
Elements at Water Street boasts a 4,200-square-foot ballroom that accommodates up to 250 guests. It also has a large pre-reception room with open-air views and a more intimate space that fits up to 100 people. At the heart of the ballroom is the spectacular modern art ceiling, adding a unique and stylish element to the space. The pillars and lavish drapery create a cozy atmosphere. This property also offers a private bridal suite and 158 guest rooms for accommodations. Comfort and convenience are enhanced for all guests with wheelchair-accessible features and parking facilities.
Cuisine
This venue has locally-sourced and chef-inspired urban, rustic cuisine. Their culinary team will work with each couple to fully plan their menu. Their wedding packages include:

Beyond Expectations
From the very beginning, Molly and Elements delivered. Molly's exquisite attention to detail and personal touches helped us stay on track as she greatly navigated us through not only the venue but virtually the entire planning process! Molly was professional, organized, flexible, and always had a smile on her face ready for us, especially when it got really close to the big day. Her organization and committment were top notch, and her tremendous work with us culminated into our dream wedding day. We also thank Chef George, bartender, wait staff and the entire Elements crew for their hard work in making our day superb. The food was of the highest quality, and we very much appreciated the fact that all the food was served at the same time to each table. Not to mention that we were able to taste additional food items during our tasting (including wine), compliments of Elements. Bravo! 10/10 recommend this venue.

A dream reception
My vision came true with this venue. It was everything I wanted and more. It’s beautiful, so elegant and the staff is amazing to work with. Molly is so professional, flexible and is so easy to work with. I had left everything with Molly and she was responsible for putting everything together for the day of and it was perfect. The food was great and guests still talk about it to this day! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience.

Wedding Recption Went Flawlessly with Elements!
Had my Wedding Nov 2022 at Elements At Water Street in Naperville and it was perfect all due to our Director of Banquets Molly Flowers! I cannot recommend enough booking your event let alone wedding here! Molly and her team at Elements did everything in their power to help and guide us through the whole planning process and made it SO easy and enjoyable! The venue space itself is simply gorgeous and all staff involved were super friendly including the hotel attached-- Hotel Indigo which is also beautiful! You will not regret booking with them for the simple fact that Molly will be completely involved and useful throughout the whole thing and truly made me feel we got our moneys worth. Thank you again to Elements At Water Street and Molly and her team!

Fabulous Wedding Venue!
My family is beyond grateful to Cheryl Cady and her incredible team for ensuring that our son's wedding was pure perfection! Our friends and family could not stop gushing about the fabulous food, gorgeous ballroom, ambience and customer service. The waitstaff and bartenders could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you, Cheryl, for your excellent communication, guidance in planning, recommended vendors, attention to detail and kindness throughout. We always felt like we were in great hands!! Elements - Our Dream Venue
There are not enough nice things to say about Cheryl and her team at Elements. We first booked our date in August 2018, and after three years of waiting, were finally married on September 4, 2021. Cheryl was an angel - from helping us reschedule our September 2020 wedding to LITERALLY alphabetizing our place cards, there was nothing Cheryl didn’t do spectacularly. She was so responsive, calm and reassuring, and always had our backs. The services she provided were worth thousands in and of itself. She provided fantastic recommendations for vendors and was so helpful and organized during our final planning sessions. Trust her recommendations- she is a pro! My wish for every bride and groom is to have their own Cheryl!
Aside from Cheryl, Elements was incredible. Not only was it our dream location, but we had several people say the food (especially the parmesan crusted steak!) was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and some even said it was the best steak ever!! The food tasting was a blast and the apps also turned out incredible. My husband and I have been in several weddings, but we were very jealous we couldn’t attend our own as guests! I have zero complaints about our three year journey with Elements- it truly was the perfect experience from start to finish. I wish every wedding could be there! Thank you so much for all you did to make our day so special, we love the team at Elements!!
