My FMIL insists she wants to pay for a dove release. I hate birds. I loooove fish. Do you think we could do a goldsish release instead? There's a koi pond at our venue. besides, if we save on the birds, cuz goldfish are only 10 cents at Walmart, we could put that towards our catering bill making it $3 per person and get the really nice taquitos I wanted. Is it a good idea???

I find this thread offensive because I have posted about half this stuff on the boards. Screw you ladies.

The caterers offer kids meals for half price. (They get pb&j) can I make all of my guests that are short sit at the kiddy table? I mean who cares if they are 26 and married with 2 kids. They are short, they can pass for 9 or younger right? My caterer will never know.

@Miya...is that a threat, or an offer?

Here is one for the people not wanting kids.

"I don't want kids at the wedding at all but my sister is in the wedding and wants to bring her two kids with her husband. Should I tell her she can't be in the wedding or come if she brings her children?"

@katy, I don't think "stupid" questions are being mocked, so much as we're having a little fun with the entitled bridezilla or greedy posts that pop up from time to time.

I have no idea how this thread turned out this way - but I think the posts have gotten so absurd it would be hard to take offense at them. I really don't think anyone plans on a goldfish release, for instance.

@katy- the first ones where serious and suggestions for things not to post if you don't want drama (in response to another thread made) after about 2 posts it became a joke and if anyone has tried pulling any of the crap we are making fun of they have bigger issues than planning a wedding on here.

Do I have to feed my vendors? I mean I found them on Craigslist and am paying them $10 each! They know that they are going to be at my wedding all day (it starts at 10 am and ends at midnight) they should just eat a REALLY big meal the night before. I am not paying them to sit around and eat!

Reading through most of the comments I think it is pretty clear that we're all having a big giggle.

It's not like we posted on if pink and black go together (they do by the way), or if you have to have matching # of groomsmen and bridesmaids (that's the tradition, but you don't have to) or if it's ok if your bio dad doesn't walk you down the aisle bc you and he aren't close (it's perfectly ok, do what makes you comfortable!)

I hope none of my comments offended anyone ( I thought I was pretty freakin hilarious ) but if it did, know that it was all in fun.
