While I'm blowing up the boards, I'd like to point out which posts are GUARANTEED to get you 40 comments and loads of controversy. 1. Should I have a cash bar? 2. Should I do a dollar dance? 3. Why won't my bridesmaid wear her hair exactly the way I want her to? Can anyone else think of other WW...

Hey ya'll- I just thought of a great way to save money! Since I don't want children running wild at the wedding, I've decided to let them be the waiters! Then, I don't have to pay a staff for a sit down dinner! The parents can just add what they would have paid a babysitter to my total gift! I get to save money and get bigger gifts! Isn't this a great idea? You all should do it too!

@Meghan- Better yet, find a big kennel and stick them in there. Don't forget to pass food through the fence every once in a while.

I've got it!!! To save money, I'm going to skip alterations even though my dress is 6 sizes too big, invitations because I can send e-vites, centerpieces because who needs them, cake because my brother's best friend's sister's twice removed uncle is diabetic, food because my MOH is a whale, drinks because water is free from the hose, and I will charge everyone an entrance fee to watch us wed! Great idea, right?

I actually remember someone asking about an entrance fee once. And I got invited to a wedding that one the invite it said you had to pay for your plate. Yep, RSVP a big NO for that one. She also came right out asking for money as a gift.

My wedding is in 2020, but I just told my bridesmaids to send me their weight, all their measurements, and a check for $25,000 so I could order their dresses, and they are refusing to do it. Should I kick them out of the bridal party, or just talk smack about them on Facebook until they do it?
