Why won't my bridesmaid wear her hair exactly the way I want her to? Can anyone else think of other WW...

Can anyone else think of other WW Third Rails?

@HisLilSassafras, The Future Mrs. Kline: Or alternatively, I could do the singing, and my guests would be sure to pay me to stop. Yet one more way to afford the honeymoon we want!

I am so ready to get married!!! I have been with my boyfriend (the one) for 6 years. I have my dress, my champagne flutes, my garter, guest book, tiara, and favors and I'm not even Engaged yet. I am always dropping hints and asking for a ring. I hate doing that but I can't stop myself!!!! Why won't he propose???????? Maybe I should just book everything and surprise him that day, would that be bad????

It's showing up fine on my screen, using Firefox, though it takes a while to load. But we'll see what happens with the next post, which is number 500.

I'm concerned that if we hit 500, it will open a portal into an alternate dimension where we have to actually hang out with these brides.

@Cyndi- the text going over the side like that would be my fault. I made my font size 7 on one of my posts around that time and it was a little too big for wedding wire. Sorry.

So I got the quote from the caterer and it is way too high! I only wanted filet mignon/shark steaks and chicken on each plate, with 6 different carb sides, 4 vegetables, salad, 3 different soup selections and bananas foster cooked at each table for my guests! Can you believe they wanted $17 per person...

And then they had to nerve to charge me over $10 for my 9 tier, each with a different flavor and filling wedding cake.

I'm frustrated, I'm just going to serve macaroni and cheese with hot dogs cut up in it. My guests will love that, right? And I can even make it myself! The Kraft boxes and cheap, so I'll totally come out under budget!

Maybe this has already been posted but...

Help! I come from a long line of brawling rednecks and losers but I want them to behave at my wedding and act completely different than they ever have before. How can I control their behavior??

Damn.... ladies I've sat here and laughed at these post now when they were first posted and wondered if I was the only one who wondered...and now I know...I am not the only one. I read on someones profile a profound sentence. You are getting married not ascending to the thrown. Perfect.

Question: Should I allow my guests to bring children to the wedding?

Answer: Definitely not! Children prepared at home are in violation of applicable health department regulations. All children at the wedding must be cooked and served by a licensed caterer.
