  Hire Saleina now! It will be the best and easiest decision of your wedding. My wife was instantly attracted to Saleina’s photos, but I insisted we do our due diligence. I should’ve saved some time and just listened to her then. We ended up interviewing three different people for the job, but Saleina was the only one that took a personal interest in us. Yes, she had tons of experience with our venue (Port Gamble) and we loved her portfolio, but I was most impressed that she wanted to know all about us (how we met, our hobbies, etc) from the very beginning of the call . Her desire to make that connection really stuck with me. And this consideration comes through in her work. Wedding photos are incredibly personal and Saleina spent the time getting to know us—to help put us at ease and to capture exactly what we wanted, even if we couldn’t articulate it.
  
  Saleina was an absolute joy to work with. We had the perfect engagement shoot (at a location she picked out the morning of) and we could tell just from how carefree we felt during the first few shots that we made the perfect choice in photographer. Saleina was up for anything we suggested (we ended up doing an 8hr hike) and really made us feel so relaxed and confident.
  
  I cannot say enough great things about Saleina. We had such a wonderful time with her that we knew our photos would be incredible. And, remarkably, they somehow exceeded our extremely lofty expectations. Hiring Saleina was easily the best decision we made.

  Saleina was key in helping us organize the flow of the wedding day. She is an amazing person and took such beautiful/natural engagement and wedding photos of my daughter and son-in-law. She makes everyone comfortable and is an extremely talented artist. Thank you again, Saleina, for making the day perfect.

  Saleina is incredibly dedicated to her clients. She was so flexible with our family's calendar and willing to make the photo shoot work when it was best for our family. She captured the exact images I had in my mind, was laid back and easy to work with, even when our son wasn't so excited about pictures :)

  Being an artist/photographer myself I knew that it was going to be tough to choose a wedding photographer. I did a TON of research and finally narrowed it down based on style, price, availability and location. The only thing left to see was personality. We met with Saleina first and she had it all! Beautiful style, reasonable prices, and a warm and fun personality. She is incredibly easy to be around, very down to earth, understandable, patient, kind and professional. She was also very prompt to respond to emails and did not hesitate to give any advice or suggestions during the planning stages. Her photographic style and vision is timeless and romantic, exactly what I was going for the mood of our special day! Her photos have an incredible amount of intimacy and softness to them, and they capture the real and touching moments that are so beautiful. She does minimal posing and captured us as our relationship truly is so that we did not feel awkward or uncomfortable, and she welcomed all of our silly ideas. On wedding day she was efficient but unobtrusive and didnt miss any details. The only thing I regret is that I wish we had scheduled more time with the bridal party to get more of the fun and silly portraits. But, I love the photos she took more and more every time I look at them and I have received multiple comments that they should be on the cover of a magazine. One of my absolute favorite things about working with Saleina is how much she personalizes her experience with you on her blog. It added that extra special little touch to our memories of our wedding day that we will cherish forever. I am grateful that we had Saleina to capture our day so perfectly and I know we will keep in touch!

We also got some really fun candid photos that I could never have asked for. Our day would not have been as magical and easy going if it weren't for Saleina. She was such a blessing and we plan to use her amazing talent in the future.

  For me, choosing a wedding photographer was the biggest decision of all when planning our wedding day. I'm so happy that we crossed paths with Saleina. She is one of the kindest and most trustworthy people you will meet. She also threw in some awesome little surprises during our engagement which was a fantastic personal touch that we were not expecting.
  
  To my husband's dismay, we planned our engagement session during a Seahawks game. After sharing this with Saleina at the beginning of our e-session she didn't miss a beat with giving us frequent game updates by checking her cell phone. Needless to say, my husband was sold for that day forward.
  
  Our wedding day was perfect. With all of the nerves and emotions that swirl around on your big day, Saleina always remained calm and super helpful. Having someone like her around definitely helped me keep my composure and truly enjoy my wedding day. She made sure that we got all of the shots that we wanted and put together a beautiful blog post with highlights from our big day. Which was fantastic because we were able to send her blog URL to our family and friends.

  It was a pleasure working with Saleina for our wedding. She is friendly and professional, and did an amazing job. She was familiar with our venue and knew all the perfect spots for beautiful photos. She captured all of the family and friends shots we wanted, and did a wonderful job directing our large and somewhat unruly families :)
  Saleina truly captured our day down to the last detail. I would definitely recommend Saleina Marie Photography and can only hope we’ll have an excuse to work with her again.

  Salenia is the absolute best, my husband and I Love her ! She was very flexible with us for our engagement session as my husband has random hours since he works on a tug boat and never has a set schedule. She met with me many times and was always available to talk about what my vision was and how I wanted the pictures to come out. During the engagement session and on the day of our wedding she was very professional, cool and collected and was very at ease it was like she wasn't there to just take pictures she was more like a friend sharing our day with us. We are having her take pictures or our new baby girl, she is amazing.

  Saleina is great! Fun, friendly, professional,and sweet. I love her work. She is great at what she does... She is not bossy, but she still gets the job done. I would recommend her to everyone!! I loved her and she did a great job.

  Saleina is not only an amazing photographer, she is a kind, thoughtful, and funny person. She was able to capture all the magic of our love story and wedding day without being intrusive during the event. Not only are her photos to die for, her design work is excellent as well. We purchased a hard copy wedding album that, by far, exceeded our expectations. She was very easy to work with and was open to all of our ideas. She was even able to get us a few of our "Thank You" card photos while we were still on our honeymoon!
