Wedding Photography in Washington

Where to start? First of all, HIRE Amy! She is a beautiful human inside and out. Her energy is gorgeous and her authenticity divine, and the whole Lemonwing team was an amazing addition to our wedding experience. Amy photographed our wedding and captured the most stunning candid moments, and built an immediate partnership with the videographer (who she hadn’t ever met before) so they could work in tandem throughout the day. She was seamlessly a part of every event transition and worked quickly on the family portraits so we could enjoy the reception as much as possible! We also did a post-wedding photoshoot with her which was so much fun and super high energy. I didn’t have a professional available to do my hair, because I tried to re-do the wedding day style myself it came undone right before the photo session was supposed to begin. I was at a loss for what to do but Amy was unfazed and went straight into problem solving mode. She sat me down and literally styled my hair in 5 minutes using a set of pins she had in her car! It looked like it had been done by a professional. As for the shoot itself, it felt like we were shooting a magazine cover for non-traditional weddings! We even got in the ocean in our wedding clothes and Amy and team were wonderful at directing us but also just letting the vibe unfold. The photos turned out so lovely and we will treasure them forever. She had second photographers with her for both shoots and they brought such amazing energy and even got my husband, who openly doesn’t love his photo being taken, to truly enjoy the experience. We got attracted to Gage's ability to take photos when people are in motion which makes each photo more natural and less staged. And this is exactly what we got! Gage provided us with the best experience - we had a small family elopement ceremony and he went above and beyond to capture everything we had in mind. He casually asked us to dance, take a silly walk around the lake, have a chat - and all of those photos turned out beautifully! He seems to have a way to make people around him relaxed and ready for a photoshoot. It only took him a week and a half to get the photos back to us and they were stunning! I noticed that most photos that he produces can be printed and hung on a wall by themselves. I know it's hard to do that since each photo needs to be of high quality and taken from a good angle with people being natural in the picture. All in all, Gage is your guy, you won't regret hiring him. We will hire him again for our bigger wedding!

Jesse was amazing to work with. He made everything feel easy and stress free on our wedding day. The photos and video turned out incredible honestly better than we could have imagined. My friend used Arlene for her wedding, and from the moment I saw the photos, I was blown away—not only by how beautiful they were, but by all the thoughtful, personalized touches Arlene brings to her work. On my wedding day, I felt like a Barbie doll—she made me look incredible in photos while also calming my anxiety and easing my jitters so I could fully relax and have fun. Ariel was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable during my shoot - making sure I was in comfortable positions and all the locations were easy to walk to. I also appreciate that she scouted out cute spots beforehand. The pictures themselves turned out gorgeous!! And so many to pick from. The editing time was so fast as well. I hate when I have to wait months to get any photos back. She managed to capture so many sweet candid moments between my husband and me. I would highly recommend Ariel for all your family photography moments.

There aren’t words for how amazing Kari is and how insane her skill set is! We hired Kari to capture our wedding and to take pictures of us the day after our wedding. She was communicative, creative, and beyond easy to work with. Since we were eloping, we weren’t able to meet up with her until the morning of our wedding and by the time we were done, I felt like I'd known her for years! She was a pro at posing us and making us look great. Everyone we’ve shown these pictures to has said that it’s magazine quality and that her editing skills were beyond anything they’ve ever seen. We originally hired Kari due to her many years of experience working with difficult lighting since Oregon’s weather can be a little hit and miss. Luckily, the weather was in our favor for both shoots, but her editing skills made the light pop in ways that made each picture truly special. It was genuinely the best investment of our wedding, she was a blast to work with. She captured so many moments behind the scenes moments that I missed and I’m so grateful she did. If you're getting married in the Oregon area, I would HIGHLY recommend her. Our photographs turned out great :) Thank you again so much for everything Kari!

Kim is the most fantastic wedding photographer! After speaking with several photographers during the shopping process, we realized we weren’t vibing with anyone. Finally we connected with Kim and she immediately made us feel so comfortable we were laughing within seconds. Just how comfortable we were showed in our engagement and wedding photos! It’s very clear how much fun we were having, and how relaxed we were. Her attention to detail is incredible, she was fixing things that we never would have considered. She hit all our priority photos and even included some amazing shots of our wedding venue and the entire island, which was such a neat touch for us and our special place. During the reception, it felt like everywhere something iconic or memorable was happening Kim was already there getting a shot. We are so incredibly happy with our photos, we highly, highly recommend Kim as your photographer - you won’t regret it.

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding photographer and videographer! They went above and beyond to make sure every important moment was beautifully captured. From helping direct us for the perfect shots to making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, they truly made the experience fun and stress-free. They didn’t miss a single detail, every shot we hoped for, they delivered (and then some!). On top of that, they edited the photos in the exact style we wanted and even shared a sneak peek gallery so we could post a few favorites right away. We are so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely caring team!

This review is long overdue for Sarah Jane! You should absolutely book her for your wedding, elopement…honestly, for everything. She was incredible to work with and so accommodating, especially for someone like me who went back and forth and couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. She even helped us find someone to watch our dog during our elopement. Sarah Jane made the entire experience feel easy, fun, and special, and we couldn’t recommend her more. And of course the photos are beautiful and breathtaking! We would hike up steep mountains with her any day!

Brittney & Dustin...the real MVP's. Two weeks before our wedding ceremony and we had never heard of them before. We were in a desperate situation when we realized we couldn't rely on our initial photographer team that we needed a hero (or two) and Brittney and Dustin were just that. They were very professional, had great communication, and an unmatched contagious enthusiasm and confidence that put us at ease. They saved the day and then some. They were the hype and hustle duo we didn't know we needed. They are the perfect photographer AND videographer package. They were so much fun to work with, and a joy to get to know as the day wound down as they documented our sunset reception on the waters of Lake Washington. And have I mentioned the photos? They provided us our sneak peak within a week and we were blown away!! So so talented and we honestly couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. We are grateful to have met them and to call them our friends. It was truly meant to be, thank you Brittney & Dustin!!
