Shawn was the perfect photographer for our small ceremony in Edmonds. We had about 20 guests at the ceremony and a dinner later at a local restaurant and we had Shawn with us for most part of the night. He’s flexible, professional and takes amazing photos. He also offers film in his photo packages and we thought that was a great touch. He’s really easy to coordinate with and the whole experience was just wonderful. He knew where to go to get all the good pics, and we got the perfect mix of formal and candids. We just wanted to just enjoy our day and have that captured, and Shawn really made that happen. He captured the mood and the memory of the day so well that seeing the photos we feel the love and excitement of the wedding all over. It is truly wonderful and we would recommend to couples looking for a good photographer.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Ksenia is. She is unbelievably talented and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She made the entire wedding planning process smooth and stress free. I am thrilled with the quality of her work (she did both our engagement & wedding photos), and she is a master of perfecting lighting and location. She also sent me 90 photos for a sneak peek 2 days after the wedding, and 1200 photos for our full gallery, exactly one month after our wedding. This review is long overdue for Sarah Jane! You should absolutely book her for your wedding, elopement…honestly, for everything. She was incredible to work with and so accommodating, especially for someone like me who went back and forth and couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. She even helped us find someone to watch our dog during our elopement. Sarah Jane made the entire experience feel easy, fun, and special, and we couldn’t recommend her more. And of course the photos are beautiful and breathtaking! We would hike up steep mountains with her any day!

We had a fantastic experience with Maddy as our photographer. She made us feel comfortable and guided us through the whole experience, which we needed! She was also really flexible when it came to scheduling, the outfit changes, the areas we wanted to take pictures in, and including our dogs in the photos! She is also just a very fun, kind & genuine person to be around! And last but not least, our photos were AMAZING - they came out even better than I had imagined (even though I'd seen her amazing work online)!!! I got emotional seeing the our photos for the first time, and I can't thank her enough for perfectly capturing what I had envisioned, and going above and beyond what I pictured! THANK YOU, MADDY!!

We could not be happier with our experience with Original Weddings. Photography was one of our top priorities, and choosing their highest photography package was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It was important to us to capture all the memories of the day, which is why we wanted full-day coverage and a second shooter. We are so glad we did. Nothing was missed. From different angles during the ceremony to candid guest reactions we did not get to see in the moment, every detail was captured, both big and small. The engagement shoot, which was included in our package, made such a difference. It helped us learn how to pose, allowed our photographer to get to know our personalities, and gave us the chance to be creative together. By the time the wedding day arrived, nothing felt awkward or forced. We felt completely comfortable and had a lot of fun. On the wedding day, Ashton gave gentle direction that felt natural, fun, and creative, while still allowing moments to unfold organically. Our second shooter, Solomon, was equally wonderful. He was creative, personable, and a joy to be around. We truly felt the love and care that both Ashton and Solomon put into their craft. We also chose to receive our photos in all three editing styles they offer, along with black and white images, which gave us so much variety and made the gallery feel incredibly thoughtful and complete. Even more impressive, we received our full gallery back in just four weeks. Getting our photos back so quickly made the experience even more meaningful. It allowed us to share them with my husband’s grandmother before she passed away, which is something we will always be grateful for. We have friends who were married a month before us and are still waiting on their photos, so this level of care and turnaround truly stood out. Looking through our photos feels like reliving the day with our favorite people, all the love, joy, and emotion captured so beautifully. If photography is a top priority for you, this is the team to book. We cannot recommend Original Weddings enough.

We got attracted to Gage's ability to take photos when people are in motion which makes each photo more natural and less staged. And this is exactly what we got! Gage provided us with the best experience - we had a small family elopement ceremony and he went above and beyond to capture everything we had in mind. He casually asked us to dance, take a silly walk around the lake, have a chat - and all of those photos turned out beautifully! He seems to have a way to make people around him relaxed and ready for a photoshoot. It only took him a week and a half to get the photos back to us and they were stunning! I noticed that most photos that he produces can be printed and hung on a wall by themselves. I know it's hard to do that since each photo needs to be of high quality and taken from a good angle with people being natural in the picture. All in all, Gage is your guy, you won't regret hiring him. We will hire him again for our bigger wedding!

All we ever want to do is show them off to the whole world! Kaitlyn was professional and super patient with us as the timeline kept changing throughout our wedding day (what's a wedding without some mishaps) but she took the timing with grace and was able to capture everything happening! When it came to our photos, it was noticeable that Kaitlyn took her time going through all of them and making sure they came out to perfection! She gave us so many that I can't even decide which are my favorites! Also, Kaitlyn is amazing at working angles and lighting! For our engagement photos, the spot we chose was super crowded, but she made it work as if no one else was there! All in all, Kaitlyn is amazing and artistic with her photography, as well as amazing as an individual! She's super sweet and always wanting to make sure you get the best out of your experience! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
