My Husband and I were married in Lunenburg, NS this past July. Jeff and Jenn were beyond amazing! They really became a part of our wedding day! All of our guests thought that they were awesome too! The excitement from Jeff and Jenn throughout the day was a lot of fun for us, and helped keep everything comfortable. We cannot say enough great things about Jeff Cooke Photography! The photographer was the first thing we booked once we knew we were getting married in Nova Scotia, when we met with Jeff in the early planning stages my parents came along, my dad actually welled up with tears when we were looking at Jeff's work. The best way we can put it is that what Jeff and Jenn do is capture memories, the feelings as well as the moment.

Jeff Cooke and his amazing assistant Jenn Nauss are like local celebs in Halifax and I was so fortunate to be able to book them on only 8 months (yes, that's super last minute to book him in the summer) before my selected wedding date. Jeff's website speaks for itself when referring to his work - there's no denying that he's one of the best, if not THE best I've ever seen. I won't talk too much about his work because we know what that's like, but I will review the experience as a whole. Jeff is so creative and really wants to capture the couple's personality in his work. Jeff really listened to what we were into and played off that with his creative ideas. He was so easy to connect with electronically and when it came time to meet in person he was really generous with his time. The saying is true - you get what you pay for. Jeff is certainly on the "high end" of photography prices, but I was willing to splurge because after all, these are the memories you have forever. Jeff and Jenn were with us for just over 12 hours on our wedding day and shot pretty much the entire time! I definitely feel like I got my money worth!

Jeff was phenominal to work with... we really had a great time with him and absolutely LOVE our photos. He is relaxed and fun and definitely captures a wedding day in photos that evoke so many memories.

His photography is not about the perfectly positioned wedding portrait but is about truly photographing the day - the moments, the fun, the love... each photo makes you remember every detail about that moment in your day.

We planned our Halifax wedding from Ontario and Edmonton and I can truly say Jeff was instrumental in the planning process. He had great advice on wedding details and vendors and was very flexible. He replied to my emails promptly all the time. I really feel Jeff is excellent value for the money too - easily one of the best photographers in Halifax and just a great guy to work with!

Phenomenal Photographer!! Jeff Cooke is definately the guy to pick as your wedding photographer! You will never be disappointed! I happened to come across his website online one evening after my husband an I descided on a wedding date, an when I saw some of his work I though "WOW! this guy is awesome" if he can turn any background into these astonishing photos he is extremely talented! I was looking for someone that had a style and was unique, an as Jeff would put it "Fun, Fresh, Hip, Bold an Real" he certaintly fulfilled and went beyond our expectations! There are absolutely no words that can express how great he is as a professional photographer, he makes you feel so comfortable! Jeff will definatley go out of his way to capture a great shot, or get the chance to capture images regardless of his surroundings and the situations he puts himself in or an otherwards his clients put him in! Willies and my engagment session was taken at our cottage and we only have boat access, so the three of us climb into the boat and Jeff puts his gear in and we pushed off..an then the next thing we know were in a panic! The boat will not start and we are heading for a damn with about a 20 foot drop!! Needless to say we were fine, we got it started and headed on our way, with Jeff still in the boat laying on a dirty floor taking photos, all for his clients, an opportunity for capturing something different! He is always up for ANYTHING! I also have to comment on his awesome assistant Jen! You were fantastic! Your such a trooper! I love posting our wedding photos on facebook and seeing the reactions of my family and friends, we cannot get enough! Everyone is asking me who he is and wants him! I couldn't believe my luck in finding such an amazing photographer and Jeff has definately got the talent! I already have him booked for an upcoming boudior session an find myself looking for reasons to get to work with him again! I can never thank you enough for the wonderful memories Willie and I will get to cherish for the rest of our lives! THANK YOU! Jeff Cooke you rock!!

We are so glad we found Jeff Cooke Photography to do our wedding. Our pictures turned out better than we could have imagined. Jeff was so easy and fun to work with. Everyone at our wedding loved him. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer!

Jeff is an excellent photographer! He has a unique style and a flare for capturing the candid moments. We had such an amazing wedding day and he knew exactly where to be for the special moments. At the booking appointment we knew this was the photographer for us. Jeff's personality, photos - everything about him was great. His photography was just out of this world and blew the other photographers completely out of the water. His price was fair, but it was the photographer that sold us. He just had a down to earth approach. He was well organized with all the answers to our questions and had helpful advice when we needed it. He offered great tips, provided insight, knowledge, and really helped take away a lot of our stress. We really got along well with the Jeff - feeling comfortable around our wedding photographer was our secret to getting the most out of our wedding photography. The bridal shoot and the engagement shoot were great. Not only did we come away with the best photos we have ever had taken of ourselves but it gave us the opportunity to fine tune our ideas and expectations with the photographer. On our wedding day Jeff operated in seamless perfection. Throughout the day they were right there when we needed them. Literally nothing was on schedule and he never missed a beat. The photographs from our wedding are ABSOLUTLY FABULOUS. His wedding photos exceeded our expectations in every way. I truly feel like these photographs could have been cut from the pages of magazines. I just cannot thank you enough. Jeff's wedding photography is truly world class. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. I'm sad that he's moved back to Halifax, Nova Scotia - but I will be flying him down for future engagements. Thank you!
